Food could've been more flavorful.The line was out of control so the wait time was insanely long and quite crowded. I had to order leave and come back because it was so packed.The workers seemed a bit tired so they didn't seem to be very in the mood to be friendly.

I visited OMG"S on Springfield Avenue in Newark on Friday 3/29/24 for the first-time and noticed the peppers, onions raw shrimp along with individual vacuum packed thawed out frozen salmon uncovered. The raw shrimp and salmon wasn't on ice or refrigerated and the workers that was cooking had dreded hair that wasn't covered with a net. The loaded seafood potato had a burnt taste. My seafood cheese steak and seafood potato and the food wasn't what I expected.

Our food was good BUT the customer service is awful. The owner was short and rude, when inquiring about the menu options, which was disappointing. It’s one thing to have good food but customer service will take you so far in business. We aren’t from the area and only heard about the restaurant while visiting family, so if that is acceptable behavior it’s not our reality… thank goodness. Good food though.
