Horrible service!! My order was paid but never picked up! When I called them I was told to contact door dash when I placed the order through THEM. I tried contacting door dash but no one ever picked up! If you are not guaranting delivery then WHY you offer delivery?? NEVER AGAIN!! I hope they reimburse me!!

My 5 stars for this best pizza joint that i have been to yet. The stuffed crazy bread not to be missed its worth till the last bite and ofcourse the 3 Meat Treat with the Caesar wing is my all time perfect meal. Excellent and quick service. Highly recomended be it a quick meal or for get together.

The one one Franklin in the north ward of Newark is very unpleasant. The Indian guy is always on the phone, ignores customers, and tells you not to order 30 min before closing time. He is very unprofessional. There is one very small Hispanic female that was very productive and professional that should be the manager of this location. Maybe more customers will frequent the location.

The m.o. here: You order one thing, you arrive, the manager charges you more, you ask about it, the manager says he’s gave you something more (as if you ordered something different). He even blatantly lies saying he added extra cheese/pepperoni when he hasn’t. I’ve seen this happen multiple times to my friend ordering here. Check what he charges because he lies to charge extra

I have now eaten Little Caesar's pizza twice. The first time i will say (having been a pizza maker for 4/5 years) that it was certainly undercooked. BUT in their defense when i asked for my second pizza to be well done it was perfect. The dough is good...a little on the sweet side and the sauce is a traditional pizza sauce...put it together you get some pretty good pizza. The draw folks are prices.

Buyer beware: listed prices in store are higher than the app. Solution? Order in the app then pick it up.He overcharged my mom $1 (her receipt shows $6.99 + a "dipping sauce" that she didn't order and never received). Checked the app, and the pizza was supposed to be $6.99.I'm not surprised since he complained about how he doesn't have enough business. I called to find out if maybe it was just a mistake, but the owner just picks up the phone then immediately hangs up.It's only $1, but that adds up when he's overcharging everyone. The pizza was fresh, but overcharging isn't ok. Definitely sad.

I was there the other day, the lady at the cashier, ( the boss I think) was so sweet , she told me about the deal and the pizza came out fast, was very fresh and good . I got the supreme pizza and breadsticks. Inside was very clean, both ladies were very nice and helpful and friendly. I'll be back soon.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Little Caesars I was looking for a nice classic Detroit Style Pizza the wait was 10 minutes which was not that bad the guy at the front was decent and the Detroit deep dish was delicious my only problem is the store can get busy and does not enforce social distancing and the white lady was not wearing her mask correctly

I visited the location after ordering a cheese pie @7:05. Arrived at the store at 7:15 and when I arrived home the pizza was burned a d dried out. I called to the store and asked for the manager who took my phone order and he is also who gave me the pissa. The assistant manager called him a d he was very nasty on the phone and not customer service saved. I took the pie back and shi we ed them and the assistant manager replaced the pie. I live 10 minute s from your location, but I I will travel 30 minutes befor I go there again.

Great that they finally opened. Just a reminder that we are still in pandemic and that wearing mask over nose and wearing gloves when preparing pizza should be enforced. Pizza was ok.

Yes tried it again and i must say they have maintained or rather got better in the service and flavours too. The stuffed crust is the best. Their promotions are so tempting cant think of a bettr. Surely recomend to all who like comfort food with best service.

We had a party and ordered up 3 pies and some crazy bread. Everything was delicious especially the supreme pie! And everyone loved the stuffed crusts!!!We’ve been waiting for the location to open for a while and boy was it worth the wait! A truly welcomed addition to the neighborhood. We will be back! Customer service was top notch and the place is sparkling clean! Try the cheddar jalapeño dipping sauce! We’re gonna try the Hawaiian Pie next!
