Had a bowl of ramen here before my flight and it was a 10/10 — exactly what I needed before a long journey. The staff was fantastic, especially Emmanuel, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Great food and even better service!

I’ve eaten at this location a few times, and based on the limited options of Newark Airport, it’s not the worst, and certainly not the cheapest. I was however very impressed with chef Sammy’s attention to customer service, enough so to leave this review. While my pork ramen was served with nothing more than a few scraps of meat, presumably by another chef, as soon as Sammy became aware, I had two fresh slices of delicious pork belly added to my bowl. My server, DJ, was the sweetest airport employee I've ever encountered! She was attentive and friendly! Just what you need when you're in between flights! I walked in expecting to have dumplings but they have a breakfast menu so I had that instead! I had the breakfast souffle (So Good!). I will definitely come back to try the evening menu the next time I'm here!
