I usually come to this location and today I got a hot chocolate and cookies. Cookies are usually warm today they’re cold. Hot chocolate is just milk with a hint of chocolate. Like it’s not even the right color. They’re usually okay with their food even tho sometimes I get cold fries nothing to complain about but today they did really bad.

Poorly run franchise. Aside from the unpleasant manager during the morning shift, this particular location won’t hesitate to give you old food and fries that are clearly past their suggested serving time. That comes from a lack of caring as the corporation lays out everything for the franchisees. And I’m a frequent customer.
McDonald’s can really be a hit or miss! I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. The food is usually fine, but they never seem to put the correct sauce in the bag, so definitely double-check your order before leaving. I’ve also asked a few times for my chicken nuggets to be double-fried so they come out extra crispy, but they never do it, and I always end up having to ask again. Overall, it’s convenient and quick, but attention to detail could really be better, also there’s always homeless people asking for money and food it make it’s a little uncomfortable.
