I placed an order through the mcds app at 4:41pm and im still waiting for the order i placed when i ask whats going on with the order at 5:19pm they say oh im sorry the kitchen its backed up but i see people who where first then me getting theirs order i don't understand i will never come again to the McDonald's

The soda machine was broken and they made me wait 20 minutes, parked to the side before I came in to get the drinks myself!!! Spoke to GLENDA the manager! And she seemed very unbothered by the whole situation!!! After all that wait and COLD FOOD I had to return because my burger was missing the patty !!! When one of the workers was told to fix it , they started LAUGHING !! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 like messing with peoples food is funny!!! Meanwhile Glenda “THE MANAGER” was still there looking as lost as she wanted!! Like FIFTEEN PEOPLE WORKING and the place was a mess!!! Check your food before you leave !! Otherwise you are guaranteed a trip back!!!! ….. dear owner check your cameras !!!

I was here with my children and there were two girls one with curly light brown hair and the other had pink and the owner does not treat them with respect, these girls and they are always trying their best, and get forced to go multiple peoples jobs as just a one person so you’d think they’d atleast be treated with respect. This whole situation brought down the atmosphere and made it feel bad, then to overhear reusing 6 pieces for 4 pieces instead of getting fresh one was just the cherry to the pie.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app, drove all the way there, and the store was closed. No sign, no warning, nothing. The staff refused to refund me and told me to call customer service. Then customer service insisted the store had to issue the refund. I was bounced back and forth with zero accountability from either side.
This is ridiculous—how can a company this big not handle a basic refund for an order I never even received? Total waste of time and money. Fix your system and stop making customers pay for your mistakes.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. I placed an order on the app, showed up on time, and the store was completely closed. No notice, no update, nothing. Then the real nightmare started — the store refused to refund me and told me to call customer service. Customer service then pushed it back on the store. I was literally trapped in a useless loop while both sides refused to take responsibility.
It’s unbelievable that a global company can’t even process a simple refund for food I NEVER received. This level of incompetence and finger-pointing is outrageous. Fix your system, train your staff, and stop treating customers like they’re the problem.

Got an uber eats order and the happy metal was missing. Ordered the mc chickens without mayo or lettuce and all of the had mayo and lettuce. How hard is to get an order right? This place always miss items or mess the orders.

There's a lot of kids hanging out I think they should put more tables they have a lot of stools tables are nice when there's elderly people coming in they don't want to sit in stools they're high and they're dangerous

I wish I can give it a 0 but it doesn’t allow me to . This comment isn’t only for this McDonald but every McDonald’s and fast food restaurants that has a time limit to order breakfast. I placed a breakfast Order before 11am for pick . Just because I arrived at 11 they told me they couldn’t make my order since breakfast is over . Why let me place the order on line pay for it , make me go there and tell me that . If that’s the case they shouldn’t allow anyone to put orders online after 10:30 to avoid going there for no reason . They do that so you can maybe change your mind and still buy something from them. I got my refund I’m not complaining about that part , but it’s not right to let anyone place an order before 11am online for pick up and when we get there day it’s to late . People do not order online breakfast in McDonald’s before 11am cause u will be getting a refund or buying something else from them that’s the way to catch people .

I couldn’t remember why I always drive 15-20mins to Belleville or Bloomfield for McDonalds when this one is 2 mins from my house. Tonight I was reminded. The Manager which didn’t want to provide her name is rude, doesn’t know what she’s doing herself and doesn’t need to be managing anyone. The whole experience was chaotic I should’ve left when I thought it just during the ordering process(which the manager was taking drive thru orders). Support staff was nice and you can tell it was the manager messing up the whole flow. She is rude and incompetent. Food was also a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
