Fire the entire shift that is there around 5pm. Busy rush hour only 1 register is open most of them are in the back somewhere on there phone. They let the crowd build up which causes more problems. They are slow as heck. Bring a properly trained staff in there smh

My friend got robbed for a damn chicken sandwich. She payed 5 dollars for the 5 dollar meal and even thought the transaction went through. They refused to give her the meal. They were rude and the manager looks like she hates herself and her surroundings. She needs to learn to do her makeup bruh. But anyways, this McDonald’s is a million dollar company and refused to give my friend her meal that she payed for.

Very convenient location inside Newark Penn Station, and very kind staff if mistakes are every made. Lots of homeless in the station trying to get free food as expected, but that's not their fault.

THE PERSON TAKING MY ORDER DIDN'T ASK ME WHAT KIND OF NUGGET SAUCE I WANTED, GAVE ME FLAT FOUNTAIN SODA & WAS UPSET WHEN I DIDN'T WANT IT. MY FRIES WERE HAVE FULL. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE SAUSE, THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS SHOWING ATTITUDE & WAS IGNORING ME. This location looks like it's closing down because they didn't have hash browns, sprite fountain soda & other stuff I was asking for & no it was. This is my receipt number I have the one I'm given & the one out in the bag with my food.
