They always serving old cold food if you don’t say I want my food fresh from the grease they will serve that junk as is and everybody that makes the frappe is horrible it never ever tastes like a frappe smh, the breakfast wait line is literally 30 mins or more

Don't go here for anything! Service is slow and terrible especially in the morning. For some reason every time I order on their mobile app my order is never ready or they never get the order and I have to show them my receipt 500,000 times. I lost my patience and left because how do you not get a order from an app that is supposed to make things quicker and easier? I couldn't even get my money back because of the "glitch" in the app. It always stinks there too. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
They screwed my entire order. Left several items in my order. After doing a 10hr shift driving. I had to leave out of my house and drive back to the restaraunt. Food already had has gotten cold as a result and did not taste FRESH.

Always a homeless person comes up to while you’re eating to ask you for some change . I don’t mind helping but they’ll stand there even if they see your ignoring them. They always forget one item from your order .
