I got a cortado here waiting for a flight. Coffee was terrible - barely drinkable. If you like notes of burnt tires mixed with too much over heated milk you may be happy.
The cortado was more like a flat white or latte anywhere outside the US - but given how fundamentally bad the underlying coffee was that was probably a small saving grace. But it does prolong the suffering of getting sufficient caffeine before a long flight…
Only positive thing to say about the place is that was across from my gate. So you pay $6 for somewhere to sit and charge your phone and work on a laptop at the bar.

8:45am order on a weekday, with a generous 20% tip. Does NOT come with silverware, have to wait 5 minutes with the food in front of me getting cold. Water glass is missing, have to be asked/reminded . French toast is burnt ($18).
Overall this is a lackluster, pathetic establishment.
Everything was terrible. Slow service, lack of clarity in billing. They offered us water in addition to what we had purchased, and simply charged us $6 for a small bottle that we hadn't ordered. No one had the authority to resolve a refund for something we hadn't ordered.

They charge for things you did not order: There’s a waitress (Catherine I believe) that comes offering you a 7 dolar water without mentioning its price and then says she can’t refund it. They take 20 minutes to deliver you your food and treat you poorly. The food is also bad. Just don’t eat here.

Pleasantly surprised about the food here. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was well seasoned. Our server was also super nice. Couldn't have asked for a better place to sit and eat

The staff was so kind and friendly. The salad was fresh and good. The prices are high, but that's just airport food and they give you a lot for what you order. My food came quickly and the bar staff helped me as soon as I sat down. Definitely will stop here again when flying out of terminal c!

Cappuccino was way too hot, milk over steamed. Espresso was over extracted and not dialed in, bitter like cardboard. Likely they know what buttons to push but don’t know how to make an espresso drinks and could use training.
Weird that the QR is the only way to pay with CC. Very inefficient. Wouldn’t do again.

The bagel was fine with the thinnest offering of cream cheese conceivable. The latte though was absolute trash; garbage drip coffee toted as a double shot of espresso with steamed milk. The latte arrived luke warm and well after the bagel creating a deeply disappointing experience. If Cafe is in your name and you can't actually make a halfway respectable coffee then you're failing hard.

If I could give 0 stars I would; paid $6 for the worst "chocolate croissant".
