There is always an issue when I come here, and I always order something simple. I think it boils down to a staffing issue. Last time I was here, I ordered three orders of avocado toast for pick up about 20 minutes before getting there. When I arrived, they were still preparing it. I wait another 20 minutes for what was supposed to a simple pick up, and when I return to my office, they served us old brown avocado. I watched them preparing it so it was Not us waiting too long to eat it.My coworkers were extremely upset and we could not finish our toasts. Other times, same thing. Despite ordering in advance, food is never ready. The most memorable incident was when a male staff member did not look when handing me my coffee and was squeezing it and actually dropped it on the floor before I could even grab it properly . Had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be remade.Today, I came in after a group of girls who were pondering the menu, they graciously allowed me to go in front of them, I ordered a simple latte. I was asked if I was with the group who appeared to be ordering food, I confirmed that I was not. There were no other people waiting for items. The two girls behind the counter were chatting casually. After waiting twenty minutes for a latte, I asked how much longer it would be, and was told oh, we thought you were with that table (even though I was sitting waiting at another table and verbally told them that I was not with the group when asked), and the latte was finally prepared.It is unfortunate that this super conveniently located and cute place has employed such lackadaisical staff because it would be a place my coworkers and I would order from regularly due to the proximity to our job. I would suggest some additional training or a conversation with staff about prompt service and not serving old food. A simple we do not have avocado right now but we have other items would have sufficed and would have allowed us to enjoy the breakfast we paid and waited for. We all have to be focused at our jobs, especially when we are attending to professionals who cannot wait 40 minutes for coffee during the workday. Please do better.

Sunday staff perfectly friendly but badly needed training. Very slow despite no other customers on Sunday morning. Missed an item on takeout despite charging for it. Cappucinos were decent but never had Smoothies quite like that ;) So smooth, they were more like a flavored soda without bubbles. Weird. Sadly, didn't realize till got home.

For the price, the sandwich didn't match the quality I was expecting. I ordered a roast turkey sandwich and was expecting real turkey. Reality was its deli meat. The amount of meat was also disappointing. Barely two slices of meat and they gave me steal potato chips that I threw out. If you don't mind spend alot for average, then give it a try.

They make a mean cold brew! I love my fruity African origin coffee, but this was delicious Peruvian coffee, will have to go back for more.I usually pickup the bagels and lox or the caprese sandwich. They make it just how you like it!
Cute place, coffee was okay, I had an ice vanilla latte and it was just a little weak. I've had stronger lattes. They have absolutely no meat sandwiches, everything is vegan. The only meat they have is salmon which I don't like - and that's not even real meat anyways, that's fish. I'm not vegan or do I ever plan to be and I think you should have more variety for people that don't like vegan food. I will update this review if you ever have more meat such as bacon, chicken or turkey available everyday. Also what is vegan cheese? Don't care what it is because it's not real cheese. Please have some more good options for normal people.

5 people came in after my family and I and they all walked out with their ice cream before us. Young people working with no mature supervision or sense of order and costumer service. Waited 45 minutes and I requested my money back. Waste of time.
