My friends and I went here before a concert, it looks like a nice fun place to eat on the outside. The energy inside the restaurant was very off, and the waiter we had put us in a corner far from the kitchen and did not visit us at all. She charged us before one of our meals arrived, and the third meal did not arrive until I stood up and asked the kitchen for it. The entire experience was horrible and I will never return. Highly recommend skipping out on this restaurant.

The host was lovely to work with shes absolutely beautiful and kind hearted. The pizza was delicious, great stop on your way to a concert or game. I very one was very helpful and kind even under the stress of having to run around as a waitress in a pizzeria that’s packed because of its location right next to the prudential center. Awesome!

Went tonight before Devils game. Sat for 55 minutes waiting for pizzas that never showed. Waitress and hostess were less than clueless and had attitudes. Walked out. Manager comped the beer and wings.

3/24/24 - restaurant was about 60% full around 5:15 pm on a devils game day. All I can say is absolutely Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks and after 45 minutes we left without food. They have no organization. 3 tables sat after us and were served before us and we only ordered pizza. Woefully mismanaged. Manager had no excuse - just said "sorry" your order must have been lost. Made no effort to correct the situation or prioritize getting us our order. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here!

Great place to stop by for a quick bite before heading to a game. Food is pretty good, the prices a fair and drinks are strong!

Service was terrible. Our pizza did not come out at all, they replaced with another pizza and did take it off the bill which was appreciated. All of the staff was blaming each other for the mishap which I felt was unprofessional.

Came here on a rainy Saturday for an early dinner post circus at the Prudential Centre. We were lucky enough to avoid the rush. The restaurant was nice and spacious. Lots of tables / booths to choose from. Likewise with the menu. It offered a variety of options - can't go wrong. The kids menu was also fab. It was long and extensive with different options. Comes with a main meal, soda and ice cream. Needless to say the kids loved it. It was also affordable at $7/8 per person. Our waitress was the sweetest ever. She was very patient with the kids - and there were plenty of them. Place is good if you are looking for something solid to fill you up pre / post show at the Prudential centre.

Came here for quick special, was greeted by the kind staff who were both fun and cheerful and most of all, very polite! Would definitely come again, the food is great, the environment is welcoming and the people here are just wonders ?. Would recommend !!

Worst service ever on an empty Sunday. We went and our waitress didn't even give us water. We ordered a devil's hot pie and the waitress got us a cheese pie. When we asked where our other toppings were the waitress not the cook put cherry peppers on top of our cheese pie and looked back at us while I was staring straight at them. No pepperoni, no hot oil. Just no gloved hands tossing cold peppers on the wrong pizza. Told them not to charge us for the specialty pie and I'll just eat it because I did didn't want to waste time and food. Trying to write it off as if they had a bad day but the burger was wrong too. Asked for devil burger and got a bbq style burger. We left unsatisfied and thirsty. Still left a decent tip but will not return.

I understand they are understaffed but if that's the case, don't seat all the tables! Second time I've been here recently where they completely forgot the whole order. Been here an hour & still no pizza & wings. Had to ask 3 times for drinks. Normally wouldn't care as much but every single person in here is on a time limit for an event at prudential center.
