My experience in this Dominica pastry shop for the first time, the treatment of the lady when taking the order was a little undesirable, I didn't understand what I was asking until I explained to her, I showed her photos. Biscocho, they delivered it on time, the dough, the taste was good, although the filling was very little, the crown, the candle, I put it on, in short, I give it a 4 d 10.

They make beautiful and delicious cakes! I discovered this place many years ago when I had a party shop called Cinderela and my customers spoke so highly of this bakery that one day I went to meet the owner and visited the place, and I honestly liked it. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend it.

Came in to the store all friendly asking the lady about the cake that they have and with the intention of getting a cake for my wife. Asked the lady if the cake was fresh from today or how long? Lady didn’t even wanted to respond and told me to go to another store. The worst service ever, if there was something I said wrong I told the lady I told her I’m sorry but the treatment was not necessary.

The quality of the cake is good depending if you buy it on a good day but the quality of their customer service is terrible. Just to place an order you have to deal with their attitude and as a customer spending my money at your business I think some respect is the least you can do.

Because they don't make them like they did before, they're super good, they changed the pastry chef and owner or the cream on top has a lot of egg smell. Please correct that, many friends no longer buy there because of that.

The cake that my sister in law brings to our birthday celebration was delicious twice she brings up the cake and it was good but I drive from queens new york to go and get some cake to get something that was horrible dry the frosting was soooo sweet and stick the cake was horrible bad I guess they give use two cakes some one left behind and was so hard and no flavor I strongly belive it was old cake that they did sale I dont know why they do that because I expecific told her what I want it they said they just have only two 1 dulce de leche and pineapples and 1 plain dulce de leche ,they didn't want to do the guava cake i ask she said if I do a guava will be 45.00 because we don't have nothing else done i call with a day in advance to get a fresh cake not a all one that they don't sale and was old just waiting on some one to full and take of advantage of you this o have to drive 1:15 hrs paia a toll of 28.00 dollars all together to go that far to get a old pass do cake instead of being honest is horrible cakes was nasty....

Their cakes are very good but their service is horrible, apart from the fact that they talk to you like you are bothering them, you tell them one thing and they do another, I ordered a one pound cake and when I went to pick it up they made half a pound and their attitude there is not one horrible thing
