Napolis makes Horrible pizza and sandwiches and expensive! The pizza dough is strange not cooked enough and floppy. Very litte toppings put on and the pizza is small for a large pizza! Horrible and when I called to complain the owner was rude! Tony's pizza on pacific st is close to there and much better!

Straight trash.. I ordered a grandma margarita slice a whit slice and bbq chicken. The “white” slice is a plain cheese slice with globs of cold ass ricotta the grandma slice is a cold ass plain scissilan slice with a spoon of Maragarita sauce and I have an old ass bbq slice. Why not just refuse the order if you don’t have what was ordered! Trash - which is where it went. Horrible - stay away

The place is filthy. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, the food is bland and the delivery driver was playing his phone so loud while sitting in front of the TV playing the news. We were so hungry and running late to our flight, but this place is a hard pass I would rather pay $10 a slice at the airport.

Terrible service. I ordered from DoorDash but the order was not delivered to my home, and I had to pick it up. I contacted the pizzeria to see what could be done, because it is not possible to modify the delivery on the app, and if you cancel the order they do not refund you. I called the pizzeria to see if they could deliver it to me or if I could ask someone to pick it up. I was treated very badly by the owner. He said he did not speak Portuguese and that I should call on the app, very rudely! Not to mention that he hung up the phone about three times. I do not recommend the pizzeria because of the owner's ignorance. When we go there in person, he pretends to be a great person. When you have a problem, he simply does not solve it and treats people badly. I will never go to this establishment again and I do not recommend it to the Brazilian community, due to the lack of respect.

Simply tried to ask if they had vegetarian options except for plain cheese pizza. Just hung up while mocking me. EXTREMELY RUDE! I went into the store then to look for myself and he had the audacity to tell me the pizza I wanted (cheese pizza) was already reserved for another customer. Just so he can leave&lock the store 10 minutes after we left. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DISHONEST!!

I love there food the only problem is the delivery person. Every time the delivery person comes he refuses to come up to my apartment when I asked him to please come up he gives me a smart sarcastic remark. Today 10/16/24 I asked him “please come up” he had the nerve to tell me “can you come down” he’s rude and needs to learn customer service. This is the reason why I have not tipped him the last couple of times he’s rude. I will not be ordering a delivery anymore.

The vodka slices were pretty good but the cheesesteak sandwich was basic and empty. NO meat and mostly bread. I ordered it with everything on it, I got minimal onions and peppers. Very poor sandwich. BUT the zodka slice and sauce was pretty tasty I can't deny them that.

Absolutely delicious I always wanted to try this place. It is fairly priced the portions are very generous and the dough is not super thick which I don’t like in calzones the marinara sauce they send it is also generous I can’t wait to try the pizza ? The calzone was made fresh to order. Thank you!
This pizza reminds me of elementary school Friday's…. It was edible …. But god it was not worth anywhere near the price … ELIOS frozen pizza is probably better ….
I got 2 plain slices and they came out cold in the middle …. After the oven….and for $7 for 2 plain slices … pretty sad….
Go to Tony’s for a better slice

Ordered 3 slices via Uber eats the location is only 10 minutes away my order came very fast, but the pizza was COLD like it wasn’t even heated before packing up. Crust was super hard cheese nor sauce was hot not even warm. Tried to eat it because I was hungry and spent the money but i couldn’t even finish a full slice. The crust has a weird after taste.

In from out of town and needed a quick bite to eat. Pizza by the slice was awesome and the wings were even better! Small parking lot made it so easy to get in and out. If you’re staying in a hotel by the airport, they told me they deliver.
