Prados Cheesesteak House and tacos

I can't rate the food or atmosphere because I looked at their menu and it doesn't explain what anything is. For example there is a cheesesteak called A.K.A ray thug steak or something like that. Now how in the world is someone supposed to know what that is if they have never been here? So I called and I'm asking what these weird ass cheesesteaks are the guy says what kind of cheesesteak you want? I said i need to know what they are to order so I asked the laat one and he hung up on me. I am in such a mood for a cheesesteak and it looks good I was going to try them out. Now I will never go to this place.

I ordered the steak tacos it was good but to much onions and not enough meat but it was good. Also it’s was clean inside

Nasty, meat tasted old.. not a fan!

I love the food it the best food I have ever tasted but the new lady is not nice when I order croissant egg and cheese and d bacon when it was done they said there was no more croissant and no refunds.

I ordered shrimp tacos and a chicken burrito.. I order here often and am met with a smile from a worker every time. This particular time there was a woman there taking my order. I sat and waited and while waiting 3 other customers came in and ordered and got their food before me. I finally get my food and head home. I open my food and it’s completely wrong. I dont eat pork and she gave me pork tacos and a very sloppy made chicken burrito with barely any chicken in it nor was it seasoned.. i called to tell her about her mistake and she was too concerned with the price difference between shrimp and chicken. The order was wrong and nasty and half of it i couldnt eat anyway due to the fact i dont eat pork! Smh. They suck now and are cheap as hell and apparently deaf.

?????? when they start using fresh steaks that I go back and buy it from them I call a paper cut of meat that's not fresh meat back compressed that's not pure meat when they start giving good meat then they got a customers and I could bring a lot of customers to is that they won't get a dime from us. I don't know how it is now it might change it might not change the I haven't been there in a while.
