I received the popcorn perfection box, toffee chews and a bag of Sunkist Fruit Gems as a gift. I thought the popcorn was stale, lacking in flavor and frankly, it's disappointing. I wonder if it was leftover stock from Christmas. The toffee was meh. They come in different flavors but all taste the same. It screams low quality. And the Sunkist candy was old and hard. It's funny because it took me a couple of seconds to recognize the logo on the top of the box before I read the name on the side. They build a recognizable brand to sell dollar store quality snacks. Very disappointed.

I've ordered from this online store many times and on two occasions the nuts were stale.

This company has devolved into trash. my experience is similar to Laura D., all items tasteless or stale or moldy, or all three. NEVER again.

Received a gift box from my brother; Included were peppermint sticks. Although they were packed in a bubble wrap cocoon, all 10 of them were broken in multiple places. When I complained via message, I was advised my brother would get a credit. I asked them to replace them, and they responded with a disclaimer that said the candy canes were prone to breaking. I suggested that selling something that they could not deliver in good shape was wrong. It's not a big deal, but if Nuts.com sells an item it should arrive in like new condition. I gave them several chances, but they have been unwilling to replace them. This failure of customer service has me reviewing Nuts.com. Not a fan.

Nuts.com keeps sending STALE products, latest was molded dried figs, after I asked for a refund they told me mold is natural and normal on figs and refused to refund the money. I am allergic to mold have been eating dried figs forever, never seen mold growth like this on figs (I sent them the pic of the mold), And yes I agree with them mold is natural but does not mean we should eat moldy products. I have been ordering from Nuts.com for many years even before they had Nuts.com email so did many of my friends and family members, they use to be an excellent company with great customer service SADLY NOT ANYMORE. they have gotten too big to care. There are other companies that are selling similar organic products that are significantly less expensive then Nuts.com so they should be careful and treat long term loyal customers well, instead of trying to convince them mold is normal and repeatedly sending stale seeds and nuts. Very disappointed.

Haven't purchased from Nuts.com for a while as we live in the Deep South and have had to watch when we purchase because of the potential heat vs. shipping issues. Went online today to order for the holidays and was flabbergasted to see the enormous price increases......across the board. We have always enjoyed Nuts.com products and service....but with the recent price increase.....we will no longer be a customer. Our loss I guess.

Nuts are fresh and delicious! Next day delivery is a plus. If you want to avoid stale or rancid nuts that have been sitting on supermarket shelves for long periods of time, I recommend Nuts.com.

After years of shopping at Nuts, I ordered and received three packages of hazelnut flavored coffee that were basically favorless. I notified Nuts. They offered to refund two packages. I found that unacceptable. I paid for three, not two packages. All turned out to be unusable. A flurry of e-mails ensued with Nuts maintaining that its policy was to refund fifty percent. Again, if you pay for three items that turn out to be bad, it is my belief that the merchant should replace the three items with good quality one or issue a refund for all three. Nuts does not seem to care about customer loyalty anf if the coffee is they apparently do an example of how its policy works, quality is apparently uppermost on their list. Luckily, the consumer can find alternatives though in my case, I'm out the cost of the bad coffee.

I ordered $100 of nuts, chocolate covered raisins and almonds, trail mix, etc., to make a big trail mix for my friends.I mixed it all together and it just doesn't taste right. The chocolate covered cherries are gross - the flavor is just off. In fact the flavor is off with everything. It all tastes stale and like it wasn't stored properly. The toasted coconut is so powdery it makes a mess of the whole mixture. What a bummer. I'll probably just throw the whole thing out. This business will not be getting any more business from me. Yuck. $100 mistake.

I bought a sampler as a gift and when the family I gave it to opened it a month or two later there were live bugs crawling all over. Contacted the company and they did not make any effort whatsoever to make things right. Nothing, not even an apology by email. Phone call, nothing. They could care less.

Excellent service by Alex and pop corn chef JR! I got buttered popcorn with cinnamon, sugar and a touch of salt. The flavors were well mixed all through. Absolutely delicious. Less than $3 for the smallest size but big enough to share with 3 other people. To keep yourself clean, carry a plastic spoon with you to eat out of the bag, or squeeze up the popcorn bag as you eat it. I was afraid I was going to miss my train but the line goes quickly. See you again next week!

Nuts.com received some as a gift from a friend. The best way to get referrals and try some for ourselves. Our 1st order was free shipping for 29.00 or more and we tried a variety of things. The Chocolate pretzels are tasty and the we really like the Malt Balls Then I ordered macadamia nuts as I juggled to reach the now $59.00 + free shipping for any future orders. Wow!! They were so hard it felt like I broke my teeth on them. Seems they have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction from a family business that started in Newark (NJ) in 1929. So, I called. The young girl who answered gave me a store credit of 29 dollars with no question of asking for a credit back on the form of payment I had given. Hmm. Alright that works. So, I ordered two variety bags of Malt balls. Yes there is a "0" charge - Ah - but 8 or 9 dollars shipping and handling. So, they get you either way. Unless you order still more. This said, they do have lots to choose from. And the PR is brilliant; as for a gift tray of 59.99 (which includes the shipping) The recipient gets an email for the gift giver noting who it is from and They get to pick out of 50 items (150 choices for premium at 69.99) of the things they like to eat to fill and have the tray delivered. So, that's the no brainer gift assuring that the receiver likes what they get and again likely adding a new customer to the list. It was worth it to me to just pay the shipping to just get what we like best. For two of us we do not need to order so much. Me, I was not 100% satisfied with really hard nuts that were clearly not fresh and then, to still have to order more, to get the product value of the money.

Nuts, trail mixes, dark chocolate orange jelly sticks and orange peels are fabulous. I have been buying from them for years. Prices are fair, considering the runaway inflation. $59.00 gets you free shipping. Four stars instead of five, because the salted pumpkin seeds are from China. The apple trail mix is a must.

I absolutely love Nuts.com (website) and we get our items usually within 48 hours. Free shipping over $60. We get in-shell (Unsalted) peanuts, walnuts, almond and pecans as well as chocolate covered cashews. They also have 8 oz. bags of Pine Nuts for $19.99.The candied (glaceed) apricots are a favorite, too.Love it!

Review is for their online business, not the popcorn stand at Penn Station, Newark. Their fullfillment center is in the next town over from me, Cranford, NJ, and I get my orders the next day. Delivery is free with a minimum purchase. So far, I've tried the marcona almonds, supreme cashews, dry-roasted macadamias, roasted walnuts, candied walnuts, bourbon pecans, half-dried apricots, pitted dates, turkish figs, mission figs, royal raisins, bourbon street snack mix, goji berry powder, and instant clearjel. The website is laid out well, and their selection of products is mind-boggling. It stands to reason that some items would be more satisfying than others. The bourbon pecans and candied walnuts are like crack, instantly addicting. The other nuts that I tried were all very good. The dried fruits were a mixed bag. The candy-like pitted dates are fresh and moist, very delicious. However, the figs were dessicated and inedible, until I removed the stems and reconstituted them with hot water. I liked the mission figs, but the turkish figs tasted weird. The raisins were a fail. Each raisin had a crunchy seed inside. They were unpleasant to chew. The snack mix was good, a nice blend of sweet, crunch, with a little cayenne heat. Instant clearjel is the secret ingredient to thicken fruit pies. Superior to cornstarch, tapioca powder, or flour. It is not easy to find, and the price here is a bargain. The goji powder is a superfood smoothie booster. Got to be careful with this stuff, a little spoonful goes a long way. It doesn't dissolve easily, and acts as a thickener in the blender. This family-run company is a pleasure to do business with. Call them on the phone, and you'll speak to an actual person. I look forward to my next order from nuts.com.
