I ordered the Egusi Soup with Fufu and it tasted great. The portion size was ample and the customer service was pleasant. The restaurant and bathroom were both clean as well. My hubby had the Jollof rice and chicken, and he enjoyed as well. It’s small seating area but we were comfortable eating there. The neighborhood is not great. That may be the only significant drawback.

I've never written a review about a restaurant before but this one deserves it. I Ordered through Uber eats and The food was disgusting. It has no flavor and after the fact I even looked on google and saw that someone left a review with worms crawling in their food. I threw it straight in the garbage. I'm telling you all the good reviews are lying. Don't waste your money! It's nasty ..

I was really looking forward to this food but we never got it. Called in an order over the phone for pick up at 7:40pm and by 9:10 (they close at 9pm) it still wasn't ready. It was only 2 orders of Jollof rice, so it wasn't a massive amount of food. They couldn't communicate how long it would take until the food was ready and seemed inconvenienced. We just had to give up. Disappointing experience.

I ordered for waakye/shito (from Uber eats) because I was craving something different. Mind you, I'm not Ghanaian but I know how this dish is usually served, as I've had Ghanaian friends make it for me. Imagine my surprise when I get one bowl with everything mashed in. That's not good na. If I could scrape the shito, it would not have been up to 1 tbsp. Why not have little bowls for the shito & other condiments. I felt like I was eating plain rice half the time.

I’ve never had any problem with the taste of the food that I order, I order the same thing every time egusi and okra soup, but the young lady’s that are there now are rude and I noticed that their attitude service towards black Americans is definitely different then when they attitude and service their only people in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong it’s not all the works; just some. I drive an hour for this food and that’s a long way to be treated like I’m asking for a handout and not paying.
