While ordering my breakfast at Novella Sanjay the manager & Ian the waiter are absolutely the exceptional!!! Received the best customer service while waiting for my flight. Very welcoming, attentive and awesome customer service!!! The best at EWR!!!
We made a quick stop before our flight to Jamaica 🇯🇲 and the service was amazing! Ian was our waiter and he made sure we were good. The general manager was phenomenal as well and the atmosphere was aesteticially pleasing ❤️
