I been ordering from this company for many years after work they always changing staff but lately the new people 🙄 people they have been hiring have a lot of attitudes 😒 even and bad customers service when you are telling them how you like your popcorn they are acting like they are doing you a favor 😒 🤔 I told her if I am paying I would like better service and she told me I am canceling your order never again
Very in happy with my purchase ordered fudge was stale and hard.
Dis appointed and would not ever order again
Products are good but customer service is terrible. They use unreliable shipping partners like ShipX and do not listen to customer feedback. They may say that they will refer your comments to management, but it is a bald-faced lie.
Ordered five different varieties of Nuts in December 2025. I spent almost an. hour preparing chestnuts that all appeared fresh (from the outside, at least.) After baking them I discovered that seven out of ten were rotten with the others tasteless. I made a complaint that was replied with a new bag promised. However, I began to feel suspicious of the other packages and noticed that none had a date (when packaged, best used by, or when produced) inscribed meaning that there was no way to determine freshness. Is it possible that these nuts were inventoried many months ago, or even longer???
popcorn is good. only open half of the listed hours for some reason tho
selling the popcorn at 7:30pm. Their number one seller! The owner is probably losing hundreds if not thousands a week, because the staff want to leave early! Terrible service
They get five stars. Absolutely love their product. Very big variety. I have not had an issue with any bad product and have ordered from the many times. They're getting five stars for their product. They used to use FedEx which if you've ever used FedEx you know the issues with them. My last delivery. Came from a company that delivered in the company's name was Ontrack. Which unbelievable it's worse than FedEx. The first picture I got on my delivery was during a rainstorm of the package thrown beside someone's propane tank. They redelivered the same package. To my neighbor's house across the street which I actually recognized their door and was able to retrieve my package. Unfortunately I have no faith in the company they are using for delivery and will no longer use this company. However I personally have had no issues with the quality of their product I just don't feel like if I order again in the future I would actually receive it.
A pound of raisin medley is now 13 oz but the price did not go down at the same percentage. I do not do business with those who put their thumb on the scale. This act of cheating means customers pay more for the raisins than they actually receive, leading to increased profits for them at our expense.
Loved the huge variety of healthy snack options. Fast shipping and fun delivery boxes!
Worst phone customer service imaginable. Really makes me doubt the quality of their products. No longer buying from them.

Enjoyed over an hour just browsing the web site, spent but know I spent wisely. Enjoy!
The most irritating TV commercial that I can imagine seeing.
GET RID OF IT!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order on 12/16, then checked the shipping tracking on 12/22 and noticed my gift was never delivered. That's a total of 6 DAYS that the company NUTS.COM neglected to contact me to let me know the product was no longer available. I do not recommend.
Food dye in their dried fruit
Nuts.com uses a shipping service that can not deliver to USPS PO Boxes. The problem is they will accept orders shipping to PO Boxes.
The carrier delayed my order a week, rehandling it several time unnecessarily, and damaging 7 of the 12 product units I ordered. The late delivered caused us to miss the window we had for delivering the included gifts to relatives at the holidays.
Nuts.com response to all of this was to offer a $7.24 store credit.
The products are good, but not worth the hassle. There are local and other internet stores that I’ll use in the future.
