Scammers! The most useless, overpriced food place at Newark airport. I submitted a refund after being assured by their employee that I would receive my money back. That was not the case!

This is the worst concept of any F&B operation I’ve ever seen. Not only are drinks wildly overpriced but the ordering concept is ridiculous, you have to enter all the information yourself and place the order yourself. I imagine their next concept will be you make the drink yourself and pay them $30 and a 20% tip for the pleasure.
You can clearly see the employees are struggling with their ridiculous systems and customers don’t like it as it’s completely impersonal. Airport operators should not give them any space, they ruin any airport experience.

I wish I could give this organization a zero. They are a monopoly at EWR and offer a terrible product. I travel through EWR weekly and it seems like when I couldn’t be more disappointed, it’s worse the next time. Food is overpriced, sloppy presentation, dirty tables, few employees are willing to help and rarely speak good enough English to assist. Today was a new low, the self serve food bar is my go to so I don’t have to deal with ordering on the iPad or interact with employees. Of course, the food scale printer was out of stickers, so they shut the food bar down for like 1.5 hours while they found more stickers. No manual entries to keep the food selling - just shut it down. Pure mismanagement. This is why competition important.

Don’t order if you have, for instance, a FLIGHT TO CATCH. Food will never show up. I watched 8-10 people cancel their order after over an hour wait.

OTG is cancerous. It will soon spread to other airports if we don’t act now. Stop buying.
It’s ridiculously overpriced ( water $8, beer 15$, small pizza 22$, cheapest chicken burger is $23). It’s a price synchronized platform that’s designed to rip off normal people. You are forced to put in your personal info to place an order through this platform.
Ridiculously overpriced, $15 for a domestic draft beer is a robbery. All the online OTG ordering is extremely overpriced and makes ordering significantly more difficult than it needs to be. If you are going to make the customers do all the ordering through OTG, while you are also mining the customers personal data, at least put some of the savings in the customers pocket. After seeing pricing in other airports within the states, this system is a major de evolution and a rip off. OTG is a cancer that is sadly spreading throughout other airports in the united states and needs to be stopped!
It’s the worse. I know why people freak out on planes, it’s obvious that they had the distinct misfortune of having to eat at OTG.
Lou and Anna at the ramen shop in the middle are awesome. Ramen was delicious and the staff was friendly and nice.
Waited 25 minutes for chicken fingers and had to cancel in order to board my flight. Buddy had ordered within a minute before me so I had some of his and it wasn't good. Still waiting for my refund.
