Don’t order if you have, for instance, a FLIGHT TO CATCH. Food will never show up. I watched 8-10 people cancel their order after over an hour wait.

OTG is cancerous. It will soon spread to other airports if we don’t act now. Stop buying.
It’s ridiculously overpriced ( water $8, beer 15$, small pizza 22$, cheapest chicken burger is $23). It’s a price synchronized platform that’s designed to rip off normal people. You are forced to put in your personal info to place an order through this platform.

Ridiculously overpriced, $15 for a domestic draft beer is a robbery. All the online OTG ordering is extremely overpriced and makes ordering significantly more difficult than it needs to be. If you are going to make the customers do all the ordering through OTG, while you are also mining the customers personal data, at least put some of the savings in the customers pocket. After seeing pricing in other airports within the states, this system is a major de evolution and a rip off. OTG is a cancer that is sadly spreading throughout other airports in the united states and needs to be stopped!

Waited 25 minutes for chicken fingers and had to cancel in order to board my flight. Buddy had ordered within a minute before me so I had some of his and it wasn't good. Still waiting for my refund.

Pizza ok but allow 25 min during low traffic period, but the submarine steak...to be avoided, service ok.

The customer service in this JFK airport restaurant is really bad especially one Indian guy. The attitude is not helping he said that works here for the last 11 years but sounds like beginner. He didn’t deserve the tips but looks like is mandatory. ??

Had some issues with our food but Ms. Kim was there to fix the issues. Also noticed her directing other guests to increase the flow of business. Traveling home from a week-long business management training and she's a natural. Give that woman a raise!

Ordered Singapore street noodles, from Wabi Sabi, because it said it includes, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes onions with curry noodles.
There were NO vegis. A bunch of noodles which were just ok, but NO vegetablesit also took 25 minutes to get a bowel of plain noodles. No one smiled, the employees all were grouchy and S L O W. Horrible service.

Weak $24 double drinks, confused employees, late food delivery……I don’t get their order and pay system that instead of adding efficiency, it creates a chaotic and underwhelming experience. Not using them again unless they have traditional service. Gratuity is for good service, good quality. None of these apply here.
