Had some issues with our food but Ms. Kim was there to fix the issues. Also noticed her directing other guests to increase the flow of business. Traveling home from a week-long business management training and she's a natural. Give that woman a raise!
I ate at Riviera at EWR Terminal C. I had the Croque Monsieur for almost $18. It was pretty bad. The bread wasn’t grilled although the cheese was melty-like. Weird. The bread crust was hard and tough, even as the bread was soft and gummy. I cut the crust off.But I have to say they refunded by money. An email came about an hour later with a full refund. The funny thing was that I had not complained. I wanted to. But the place is one where you call up the menu with a QR code,...
I stopped for a burger and beer while waiting for a flight. They ran out of the beer I ordered, but showed up with a perfectly acceptable replacement…no big deal. The Berger was good for what it was…overpriced airport food. I really can’t complain about this spot.
