I have been a customer for many years. Yesterday I ordered dry goat and they gave me as if they had been leftovers from the day. The portion was like a child's size. I called to complain and the manager, always with an attitude, said that she didn't see anything wrong with it. It's a pity that the more years go by, the worse it is, I hope they do better in the future.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 4 years, their food is really very good but I have a big problem with the lack of good customer service when they should prioritize since it is their first impression towards the community. Telling from my experience, when they make a mistake they always try to argue and disagree instead of quickly solving it, well, I don't think I have to tell them how good service has to be. It has happened to me several times, that's why I choose to claim for good service that not everything stays in the food but also demonstrates that their work team is part of their entire great insignia.

They also serve breakfast and one day I went there just for bread. They don't offer variety but sell a kind of sweet bun resembling a croissant, made probably with a lot of oil and sugar. I bought two of those that honestly doesn't look fresh. The taste was horrible. The guy that attends me looked like bothered, and just waited impatiently for the money. Never Again!

The food is amazing, really good. We have ordered green bolón, black shell ceviche, guatita, etc. The service is very good. What does bother us is the music. It is a restaurant, not a nightclub, I think that one of the ideas of going to a restaurant is, apart from tasting the food, having a conversation with the companion. The music is too loud that you can't even have a conversation.

If you want to spend your money go but I don't recommend it at all. Horrible customer service, the food was cold and I asked them to change it and they refused. They charged me tip included when the service was terrible

They have orange juice but when you try to buy they didn’t sell it because they cleaned the machine. This happened to me at 6pm and they closed at 9pm, no sense.
