Your staff doesn’t listen. Ive ordered online twice, and twice yall have packed something different. Just giving what they feel like, instead of what i asked for.

Excellent quiet ambience. I wish we had coffee shops like these that do not play loud music.
The coffee is freshly ground, which dramatically improves the taste!
Mostly medical staff and students which improves ambience.

I ordered had a sandwich and small mac and cheese. It took over 45 minutes to receive the order. They were busy. They had about 20 orders to fill. I do not think it should have take anywhere near 45 minutes especially in a hospital setting. Most employees have a 30 minute break. Luckily I had an hour but between walking to panera, and waiting it was over an hour. I asked for a refund multiple times only for someone to get a manager the second time asked. They kept saying the food is ready; which it was not. I agreed if the foot was ready I would take it. I the had to wait another 5-10 minutes for it to be heated and packed. The employees were nice but very unorganized and had a lack of urgency. There were over 10 guests waiting for over 30 minutes. The food was good but I would definitely think twice before returning. I hope we see improvement soon.

An hour and 55 min (1:55 h) for two sandwiches( this is the fourth time I have ordered and this happened) This place operates just like the hospital intentionally short staff

Portions are smaller than other Panera’s, double check your orders because they will get it wrong or forget to put items and order 30 mins to an hour ahead of time if you’re doing “rapid” pick up because they take forever. I hope they get it together here.

I feel like The portions are a lot smaller than most Panera establishments that I’ve been to however this is the second date that this particular store is open so I will give you guys grace. Aside from that friendly staff, fast and efficiently food were served.
