Food is good, but service is horrible, they take forever and ignore customers while they are trying to check out or order. This makes lines and customers seem to be stressed out just because there are too many stuff members but none help you. They don’t offer napkins with to go food, saw about 2-3 customers come back and wait again to be taken care to ask for napkins. They Should really take time to teach their stuff to be more efficient with this.

I visited the Bread of Life (Pão da Vida) on Oliver Street for the first time today with a friend. We approached the counter and picked up a menu to view the offerings. I chose a $7.00 Mutamba sandwich and paid for it at the tablet on the counter. I looked at my receipt and was charged $8.08 for the sandwich and a gratuity of $1.09.
