I’m absolutely devastated by the horrific service at this place! I was blatantly overcharged for my order, and when I ask for a refund, they had the audacity to say they couldn’t help me just because I used a Visa card. And if that wasn’t bad enough, it turns out the person who took my order was the delivery guy, completely clueless about how to operate the register. This was an utterly infuriating experience—stay far away from this place!

While ordering for takeout I had the best experience I’ve had in a long time, although the girl in the front looked sick , it didn’t take away from the experience or the efficient service. One of the best locations I’ve ever been to.

i paid and placed an order for delivery and it never came. i called and no one answered and screenshotted how long i was on the phone for, here it was 30 minutes but i was on hold for 48 minutes. some one answered and hung up! i was so pissed man smh i had to drive to the freakin store 2 hours later ready to take the pizza and literally throw it at one of them, when the manager came he told me “oh im sorry (laugh) the phone was on mute the whole time”. (so you’ve been just neglecting customers that entire time? and then i saw him *click click click*, disconnecting all of those customers on the landline phone that have been waiting like me). disgusting people. i was so pissed man i even left a tip for the delivery and everything, for what? this was for delivery and i had to drive and pick up my pizza 2 hours later ??? i cannot believe this. worst location. and i can’t even cancel because i have to go through the manager AT THE LOCATION to get my money back. terrible, ruined my whole night, so pissed.
