I went to the place to buy a pepperoni and cheese pizza, without sauce, they told me it would take ten minutes, apparently the cook didn't read the instructions and put sauce on it, in the end I've been waiting fifty minutes for my order and still haven't received it, what a lack of respect for people's time, they don't manage an organization, the guy who cuts the pizza with his phone in his hand watching videos, I don't recommend this Papa John's. My experience there will always be terrible!! And after a long wait, I finally got home to eat, and it turns out they did put in the SAUCE, which I said I didn't want from the start. They play with time and money; they couldn't care less.

Placed an order in the app at 2:37pm...and received a text at 2:41pm indicating my order was ready for pick up. What pizza only takes 5 minutes to prepare???? I never had issues in the past with this location. I asked the lady in the store how the order was cooked so fast. She said carryout orders are done quick and their stoves only take 6 minutes. I told her that was way too fast and that I didn't want a pre-made pizza that was just sitting around. After I got home I realized the pizzas were dry and were not fresh. After the 2nd slice, I became nauseous. I called the store and some lady told me I need to speak with the store manager Anthony. I left my number Saturday and still have not received a call back. I will not order from this location again.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This location is very nasty and the staff and even worse. Im Muslim and ordered a Chicken Pie and received a Pepperoni Pizza. When I called asking to speak to the Manager they answered and had an extremely bad attitude.
DO NOT EAT HERE. This location needs to be shut down.
I didn't eat inside but I guarantee the location is just like their staff. Nasty and Messy.

My family and i enjoy the pizza from Papa Johns. We go to different locations.
They like to overcook the pizza, so if you like your pizza borderline burnt, this is the location for you! After 2 pizzas were delivered with burnt crust and dark cheese, I figured I'd try again but called ahead and requested they not overcook my order. I was told, "the oven is set to well done so we'll have to pull it out early" - the pizza arrived and was still darker than expected. Not as bad as previous orders but certainly not a "normal bake". I will no longer order from this location.
