The shorter dark skinned gal working had a nasty attitude. The first time, she acted like she didn't want to be bothered. The second time, I waited a whole 20 minutes. When I asked about the order, she stood me down that I never ordered!!!! Either she forgot to put the order in with the other staff or gave it away to delivery by accident. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

The experience was very bad. It was my first time going to this papa John's. The female attendant was very short with me. Did not want to answer any questions regarding online order even when I asked for a manager, she told me that she was too busy. The only reason I continued with my order was because I told my family that I was going to bring Papa John's pizza for dinner. Will not go there again even though the place is 3 minutes away from my house.

This place is a disgrace. Placed a delivery order for my children at 6:56pm; was supposed to receive it in 38 mins. It is now 8:38 and still no food!
Ordered pizza, tracker said delivered. Never got a call or anything, when I called the store the female told me “ I don’t know what happened to your order it left the store but I don’t know what happened after that” 🙄🙄🙄😒

They messed up my order, I simply called to clarify my order, they said they will send someone out with the right order, 2hrs after am calling to ask whats the status on the order been on hold for 30 mins no results...... am done with papa John or at least this particular location

The pitza is very tasty, the people who serve are aggressive, selfish and poorly educated, they were asked to please use the bathroom and they denied us another employee who understood our Spanish, wanted to lend it to us and she, the one in the photo, angrily told him NO.
