Staff are so unfriendly and rude. Waited over 10 minutes for fries. Not impressed

Terrible. The staff has the worst attitude and you’ll wait 35 minutes for your order and then find that it’s entirely wrong. Steer clear.

I’d give negative stars if that were possible. We waited a ridiculous hour for a single sandwich, and when I asked what was going on—because our boarding had started—the staff was unbelievably rude. And after all that? The food was an absolute joke. The fries were practically raw, the sandwich was bland garbage. Easily the worst airport food I’ve ever had.

They got my order wrong and when I talk to them he started raising his voice and screaming while knowing he's wrong even if he's right shouldn't be talking that way

Took 5 mins to get a fake chicken cheesesteak and 25 mins to get cheese fries. Workers don't care. This was the worst airport food I've ever had

Paid $20, waited 20 mins, spit it out after 2 bites it was so gross

Got the basic sandwich. It was okay, and tasted much better when I added salt. I didn’t have high expectations and this was about what I was hoping for for airport food. I got the sandwich about 10 minutes after I ordered it. The kiosk ordering system was helpful.

Old lady cooked the meat to a crisp and didn’t add any toppings even when I questioned the order. Slow and very bland in taste. More bread than meat. Don’t eat here

they took my friends money and gave NO FRIES. There were disturbing people there 🤬 angry and upset SaAVE YOUR MONEY . major rip up

Philly cheese made with ground beef and everything is extra except for lettuce, try adding peppers or onions then it’s $5 extra! Needless to say buyers beware.

Should have checked reviews before ordering. It’ll be almost $30 for a cheesesteak and fries. God forbid you want a vegetable on there. They’ve also made the interesting choice of putting the grill right out front, so you can see how cheaply made it is and know exactly how long it is between paying and having them actually start to make the food.

Didn’t read the reviews until after ordering and really regret it. Ordered a strawberry milkshake that came out as a vanilla milkshake with strawberry syrup on the bottom. My fries came out quick but were cold. Waited another 20 minutes for my sandwich. They seemed to wait to fire up the grill and make the sandwiches until they had about 10 orders. Fortunately we had a long layover. The guys making the sandwiches disappeared for a while when the sandwiches were on the grill. They handed my sandwich to another woman, realized the other was wrong and picked it up out of her container and handed it to me. Yikes. Felt really unorganized, unprofessional and overpriced.

$20 SANDWICH TO CRACKED TOOTH! Do not eat here ever! I had a long flight and a layover so I decided to ignore the bad reviews and give this place a try. I don’t know where they source their food from or what they do but I finish half my sandwich and it was fine. But the other half, I took two bites and there was a small piece of bone in my sandwich. I said to myself “surely that’s just a mistake and somehow it got there” so I threw part of it away and took another bite. BOOM another bone. Now I got a cracked tooth and a dentist visit because of this place. DO NOT EAT HERE!
