Pleasant people food needs to be kept hotter fries were cold chicken room temperature even though it was cooked and seasoned well cold food is a NO for me.

Horrendous experience. They farm out their delivery and I didn’t receive my order, it was stolen. This store did not care and charged me for not receiving. Door dash could not refund me direct Andi stead refunded the store. So the store got paid twice and denied any wrong doing. It’s most likely for the best as this food looks disgusting anyway and most likely wouldDestroy my health. Shut this chain store dump down and go elsewhere!

The hype over the sandwich and wings is horrible. Chicken sandwich and wings were both over cooked. The chicken sandwiches weren't even tossed more like they just added the sauce on top like adding ketchup.

Great service , excellent staff, hard working, and very professional, had the most horrible experience at another wingstop on rt. 21 in north Newark, came to this wingstop and wad blown away by the 5star quality service, I mentioned my experience with the manager and he actually apologized for the inconvenience I had a another store of the same name and made it a point to get my food to me in less than 6min...there are no words, just simply..Amazing!!

This is my second time having my order messed up by this location. This time specifically I ordered through Uber eats, when my driver got there she called me saying that they gave my order to someone else. I called to get the issue resolved and when management came to the phone he was very rude, very unhelpful and unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes. My food essentially was stolen from the location and he admitted to that and still did nothing to help.

I went to this location 3 times. The first everything seemed to be ok. But it wasn't turning any heads. My first time having WingStop. The second time I went the didnt put cheese on my daughter's fries or include her ranch sauce. The beverage machine is never fully stocked. The next time I went they totally messed up the order. We received the wrong type of Wings, no sauce or the wrong sauce. We ordered cheese fries and voodoo fries. They didnt have cheeese but no one bother to call and let me know instead they just gave me my order with plain fries as if everything was good. The young lady did apologize and refund me but if I didn't look in my bag it would not have been acknowledged. I dont really like this location. No one has been rude but the constant getting the order wrong or running out of important items it not cool.

Ordered delivery, which took an hour and half to arrive. When I tried calling the location, no one picked up for 15 mins, and it sound like someone just placed the phone on the counter, as I could all of the background noise, but no one spoke to me. When I finally received my order. The fries were cold and soggy, and none of the seasoning that I ordered extra of. All of the chicken was cold, and flavor was very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Went for a pickup order on Sunday and the service was subpar at best. It was about 7 employees behind the counter one short Hispanic looking girl with her hair all over the place no hair net the guy just walked in Hispanic guy or Dominican and the three of them stood in the corner by one of the registers gossiping loudly in front of all of us that was in the dining area waiting for our food while the woman who took our order was the only one who seemed to be professional there was a gentleman who was mopping the floor who then went from mopping the floor to Jumping straight on the fryer in the back it was chaos and chaotic it's a bunch of young inexperienced people working there and as the customer you have to stand there for about 30 to 45 minutes waiting for your order when it's seven people behind the register six of whom is doing absolutely nothing it's unprofessional! they're not wearing hair nets around open food and they're not attentive to their customers out of seven people I seen one working I will never go to this establishment again ever. And I don't recommend this place to anyone and by the time we received our food it was warm.

RUNAWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I went to dine in on March 8 and was given very poor customer service by Anna “a manager “ When bringing an issue up to her and she told me that she’s not a district or general manager just a manager. I was invited by the management above Anna , Shantell to come in & fix my prior meal !Welll …. I was treat by Anna’s sister Jennifer with the WORST customer service, personally don’t think family should work together . They gave my order a name that wasn’t mine so it stayed waiting on the pick up shelf for 20 mins after I stressed I was dining IN they put my order as “ Angel” NEVER IN MY life have I gone by angel . When going throw my order the food was cold & Jennifer said it just came out I’ve heard them call angel for about 1/2 an hr . I called corporate while dining in there to allow them to know I was in reinvited back to dine in for the lack in customer service they first presented. THIS TIME AROUND it was cold & just RUDE service Jennifer gave me 100 excuse 1) she just got back from vacation unaware of what happen . 2) I explain that Shantell told her I was expected to come in . I ended up having to call the corporate customer service # Bc at this point this is beyond unprofessional. I arrived at 7:08 pm & by 7:51 on the phone with corporate due to lack of professionalism. Employee who first took my order must have not communicated with Jennifer that she offered me extra stuff for WAITING LONGER THEN INTENDED.. and just left WITHOUT speaking to Jennifer about IT what the prior employee had told me ( extra wings , & brownies ) Jennifer just had a complete attitude as I stress very unprofessional I have had to report this location to corporate more than twice . Attached to this review are photos of the receipt of my original purchase, and the names of employees who actually attended the matter better than management did POOR SERVICE OVERALL ohhhhh &&&& why is it like a CLUB music loud when having a conversation with the people I dined in with we had to like scream to hear one another .UPDATE TO REVIEW 10: 18 PM woahhhhhh look at all the horrible REVIEWS never AGAIN will I give them my money where is Rick Ross he needs to know !!! This place looks like it’s a run by a bunch of under aged adults/teenagers the lack of basic customer service runs through this place. Jennifer and Anna ( who I was told ARE SISTERS by 2 employees ) are very argumentative with the customers

Bruuuuhhhhhh!!!! The only good thing about this place was the charisma of the employees. I ordered an 8 piece with fries and they took 40 minutes. The wings were barely warm (between warm and room temp - definitely not hot). The wings were SUPER dry and tiny (see pic). I'm 90%sure the fries had sugar instead of salt cause they were sweet so I couldn't finish them. Definitely not worth $17 OUTSTANDINGLY BAD. (Cool people tho)

Never again bad customer service, especially this ragety old lady named Maribel, nasty attitude. They shouldn't have people like her working in this place makes customer want not to come back, one customer ask for plates and she with attitude said “there's none”.

I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut Again !! My pizza took forever to get here and then on top of that it's so dry and overcooked. I honestly wish they would have never delivered it and gave me back my money. Never again ! Do not order anything from them. I just wasted my damn money. Smh

I would never never ever in my life, order from this Pizza Hut location. They have the worst customer service, so unprofessional. I waited for my pizza for over 2 hours, I kept calling to check the status and they kept telling me my order was on the way. After 2 hours of waiting time, I asked to speak to the manager. She was so rude and unprofessional, when i asked for my order and explained the issue her replied was "your order is not ready, we can cancel your order if you wish" after a 2 hr wait I was basically force to cancel my order. Pizza Hut CEO, you should go undercover to this location and see for yourself. Also, what a coincidence all previous 4 times I had called for delivery. They have stated, that they do not deliver makes no sense so unacceptable. Never again, please people do not waste your time ordering you will be so disappointed. All the bad reviews surpass, any good reviews that should tell you a lot save your time and $ order from a different location.
