Bad customer service. The manager Big self don’t acknowledge the customers or tell you about their specials. Rude. Bad for business! Need better staff! I won’t be spending money here ever again. I’ll go to another Pizza Hut before I come to this one!

Food was undercooked, pizza sauce and cheese not evenly proportioned. They gave me 2 of the same cheese sticks so I paid extra for nothing. I wonder at what point will Pizza Hut do something about this location. I think a letter to corporate will do better if we want a better establishment in our community. This is not the first time they messed up on my order but it will be the last because I won’t ever order here again.

Now I understand why this store is so under rated. Absolutely worst pizza ever. Ordered through uber eats, we totally missed one item and the rest of the order was so messed up missing toppings and bad quality and quantity.

I recently ordered a pizza from this Store and had an awful experience. My pizza never arrived, despite waiting well beyond the estimated delivery time. When I called the store to inquire about my order, I spoke with the manager, who was clearly intoxicated. She slurred her words, was unhelpful, and unapologetic about the situation. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again and advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve been to Pizzahut in Japan, South Korea, China, Hongkong, Singapore, France and UK, yet pizzhut in US is the worst in regards of service, selection, and experience. How come a US brand treat its hometown customers like this? I don’t understand.

Your food is pretty good for the most part. Everything I order. Tasted it like it was fresh. The only issue I have is that sometimes they have to run. Personal pizza is through twice. Because one time the cheese doesn't melt all the way, but if you ask them, they will. Another thing, when you order barbecue or Buffalo wings, they should toss the wings in the sauce. Not just drizzle a little bit over it.

It doesn't take long for your order to be ready and the customer service is excellent, with parking on the street, but without making it difficult to park.

Manager and staff were very unprofessional & rude. I placed a delivery order & received my pizza partially undercooked. The manager I spoke to on the phone seemed very distracted and when I asked if I could come in to get a new pizza, he hung up the phone. When I called back, I got a new staff member and they just hung up after I explained what happened. Terrible service and I will not be ordering again.
