And he said he understood that it was “personal”. In other words, the customer is obliged to understand how pizza sizes are named. Even though I said twice that I wanted an extra large. The pizza itself is excellent but the service is terrible. Every time I order (always via the website) it takes a long time for delivery and there is no tracking device. Today when I got in touch to find out about the delivery, the attendant didn't know where my order was and in the end he hung up the phone without answering my question.
Unfortunately it will be the last order, even though the product is very good.

BUYERS BEWARE!! This place has the following: -Bad service -overpriced food -over an hour delay (my case over 1 hour and 30 minutes) Could have let the person know that hey your order is delayed at least. I like to frequent pizza places and I get my buck worth of food! Pizza village for example but never in my life did I think I would paid 45 for 4 slices, 2 juices, and wings. - I can get unlimited soup and bread sticks for less than 30 at olive garden and a nice experience and lower waits too! So disappointed. At least the food could have been better for the prices but it isn't. Best you spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

My first complaint is I Ordered food for lunch around 11:30am & Was thinking the time I got there at 12pm that it would be ready but that was not the case . Didn’t receive food till 12:17pm! My second complaint is I I order on Uber eats and the price changed from $16.45 to 20.82 due to time change . So prices go up due to lunch hour on Uber eats. I ordered fries Which were salty , m&m cookie which was not a Cookie at all , it was a Pastry with black frosting and Black sprinkles with strawberries on it and was not tasty all & then the cheeseburger was Disgusting , had Way too much mayo and Bacon wasn’t fully cooked ! Plus the meat was from a cheap frozen aisle Patty. Never again.

I ordered through UberEats to try to give it one more chance, I ordered WITHOUT onions, the “São Paulo” pizza and once again. Loaded with onions, I paid for an extra edge of Catupiry several times, which didn't come again, very little filling!!! I decided to call to speak to the manager, as I believe that criticism and suggestions are always welcome, just as I accept them in my business! I spoke to JUNIOR (he said he was responsible) extremely rude, he didn't even let me speak, he said he didn't receive any such instructions (Detail: he read my entire observation that I put in the observations field ??♀️) I will NEVER order from this place again, unfortunately! Terrible service, very low quality pizza for the price paid! Here's a tip!

We placed an order for pizza, but, to our surprise and discomfort, after waiting for 1 hour, I went to the counter to check if there was any problem, as other customers who arrived after us had already been served. I was informed that the pizza was in the oven and would be served in 10 minutes. However, after this time, we were informed that the pizza had been prepared incorrectly and that we would have to wait even longer as it would need to be redone. However, the impression we had was that our pizza only started to be prepared after we were charged.
After an excessive waiting time (1h30min) and faced with inconsistent responses regarding the reason for the delay, we decided to cancel the order. We requested a bill only for the drinks consumed, and to our surprise, we were charged $5.00, plus taxes.
There was no type of consideration or compensation for the inconvenience, just an apology, there was no offer not to charge for the drinks, a discount, or even the offer of an item as compensation. The lack of sensitivity in dealing with the situation only increased our dissatisfaction.
I understand that unforeseen events can occur, but I believe that the way this situation was handled does not reflect good customer service. I hope this complaint is taken into consideration and that measures are taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations.

I called Sunday night ordering a delivery pizza. So service was horrible not paying attention in taking order. It took 1h30 minutes to get here since I live pretty close to store and when it was delivered pizza was raw dough. They also charged 4$ for delivery, so I asked delivery guy if he got tipped alredy in my order of 52$ for ONE pizza. He said no, and I tipped him extra 4$ just notice later on receipt. Never ordering again !!!!
