I used to love this location. But ever since they got new rules with customization I’ve gone less and less frequently. Every time I ask for a substitution… my bowl is ALWAYS incorrect. Today they missed one of my toppings that we will still always gladly charge.

Order a $15 bowl and they didn’t even fill it up to the top, completely skimped out on the acai + nutella and even charged $1 extra for peanut butter….it was barely a drizzle!
playa bowl prices are ridiculous now - go somewhere cheaper and more local.
