Poppy's Bagels

Worst, dry 2 day old bagel you will ever have. Service and wait time is horrific and of course airport prices. What a miserable place. Neither Poppy's nor Newark airport care whatsoever about the quality here.

If you’re looking for a good bagel do not go here. absolutely no flavor, and clearly no effort was put into making. there was not even half a sausage in my bagel, and i ordered avocado and they put one slice in. on top of that they cut the bagel so horrendously that on one half of the bagel there wasn’t even a top. i would not recommend going here at all. on top of that when i was placing my order i was about pay and noticed that the price was a little more then expected so I went back on the screen and saw that the server had tried giving himself a 25% tip without my knowledge. i tipped 15% anyways but this experience was quite disappointing

The bagel 🥯 stop was a bust! Paid $3 for cream cheese and there was barely any on it!!! And what was on there, was completely melted!

The WORST breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Period. A Room temperature bagel with A burnt (and somehow cold?) - fried egg, topped with unmelted fridge temperature cheese.

And it all comes with yelling / screeching customer service AND an automatically applied tip.

Ordered an onion bagel with sundried tomato. It came out quickly enough, but the bagel had no salt & was quite bland. We added extra ourselves.

Horrible. Out of the only cream cheese I wanted in the morning and the guy couldn't even give me a refund: I have to call or email corporate. Cannot expect any less from an airport bagel place

Staff is very rude to customer. We stopped by to pick up bagel - staff kept talking to each other despite seeing us waiting. When we asked them if they can split the bagel in half, staff rudely said we dont do that here. However the next second they did it for another customer. Lies on your face.

My bagel was stale and the egg was not even hot. Although they offered many bagel choices when ordering, they only had 2 choices after my order was placed and paid. Skip this joint and walk down to Happy Clam where you can see their fresh looking meals that the energetic staff was cooking. I wish I bumped into Happy Clam first.
