They touch everything with and without their gloves and cook your food. I saw them do this on multiple occasions. The people without gloves and those with only one glove touch everything. The food is not bad, but I don't like that. You don't know if they wash their hands or what they touched before your food. Today, I saw a worker touch his clothes, the cutting board, the rag and the table with his gloves. The other worker made a tray and touched different some with no gloves. The other guy has on one glove and put steaks on the grill with the ungloved hand.

My mom ordered a large pizza with half plain and pepperoni. I had a piece of hair under my pepperoni and the other slices were burnt. That ruined my appetite. I need a refund. This is unacceptable!!!

It's ridiculous they won't serve you at 10:45 because they are preparing for lunch. They litterly ignore you. Even for ready made foods like egg salad. They should lock the doors. Close for the 30 minutes to prep. If you refuse to serve people. I'm never going back to Pronto. The foods no better than any other local diner. I'll go where the customer service is appropriate. Customer lost for life.

I ordered grits scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. The grits were watery and tasteless. They put my eggs on top of the grits and I don't like my eggs touching my grits and They put the bacon on top of the eggs so it wasn't even crispy. They don't add any butter to the grits. They were too watery. Over the phone the manager did apologize and told me they don't season their food because everyone can't have season so I know I like seasoned food so I will not order from them anymore.
Place is rediculous, i did not get to try their food because i tried to place a pick-up order for breakfast at 10:45am, but they said they stop taking breakfast orders at 10:40am (so 5 minutes past), even though they advertise breakfast ends at 11:00am... needless to say, i will never be placing a future order or trying the food...

I ordered a Caesar salad and requested that the croutons be removed and spinach be added. Why was all of the lettuce removed and only spinach sent. That doesn’t make any sense. I just wanted you to add some spinach to the salad which already had lettuce. Lunch ruined.
