Great experience at this restaurant! Staff are so friendly and food cam out so quick! I was worried about missing my flight as I was a bit short on time but they assured me that I would be ok and I definitely was. When I come to Newark ill visit again. Such a warm atmosphere

What could go wrong if you order an Asian salad with tofu? Wrong, this is the worst salad I have ever had. I should have checked the review before coming to this place. I wasn't properly greeted at all when the server delievered the food. I wish I can give them zero star. This salad costs $30.14 including tip, but tastes horrible.

The staff was rude. Their QR menu won't work unless connected to their wifi and they won't accept taking your order through other method. We asked several times for our food, as our flight was already boarding, and the waiters just ignored us. In the end, the food never came and we just had to leave. Very frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.

Not accommodating servers, trying to fill all the spots in a weird way, to the point they prefer to let you go if you don’t do what they say. Better options in Newark.

I’ve never left a review for an airport restaurant before, but as a frequent traveler, this is truly the worst experience I’ve had at one.
I placed an order for vegetable dumplings and then saw the server and the cook arguing, with the server begging the cook to just do her job and make the food, and the cook telling the server that she didn’t have to listen to her. Nearly 40 minutes later, the order arrived and was completely incorrect - a different menu item. The server went back to the kitchen to argue more, the cook didn’t seem to understand the issue, the server comes back to tell me she’s “fighting for me,” and I sit and wait for another half an hour before I finally get the vegetable dumplings.
There were only two other people in the entire restaurant, so it wasn’t an issue of capacity but capability. I had a long layover, so I worked on my laptop during the 1 hr+ wait for my plate of five dumplings. But under any other circumstance, I would have (and probably should have) just left.

There is a vegan ramen designated on the menu, pretty tasty. The veggie dumplings are probably vegan but not labeled so.
Airport restaurants should be judged by airport standards! While airport dining options are often lower quality overall (really don't understand why) this spot is decent by comparison. The ramen isn’t rich in flavor but is edible, not overly salty, and was served very quickly. The staff was efficient, with enough people on hand to keep service timely.

Omg idk why I didn't check the reviews at all prior to ordering... a huge mistake. The food was TERRIBLE. This is not what ramen is supposed to taste like AT ALL. I literally didn't wanna continue to eat but since it was pricey (airport price yeah) I just ate a bit, but man I absolutely regretted eating here. Do not eat here. I had little purse ramen. All the ingredients didn't blend harmoniously at all. Idk what this food even is... it certainly was not ramen.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Asian discriminatory store. Young dark long haired women are really the worst. (Wish I knew her name) No water. Tables are dirty. Other customers were given water and chopsticks. The order we didn't ask for came out many times. Finally the food came, but the chopsticks did not come no matter how long I waited or asked for her. I mean no cutlery? Seriously? When I called out to her when I saw her eyes, she deliberately ignored me and went to the white people. She even went outside. I was still talking to her, but she didn't listen to me until the end and went to the white guys. To top it all off, she got mad and asked which beer I ordered. Racism of the worst kind. The woman should be fired. By the way, the taste is also the worst.

Holy listen to the reviews, the food is absolutely garbage and borderline uneditable. This ramen is $21 and has zero flavor. It’s like they made it with literally just water. Horrible. Stay away.

If you ever have the opportunity to eat at the EWR Liberty Airport, do not order food there, I ordered and waited two hours, following up on the link they send you when you order, preparing, lifting and delivering, because it is a simulation and now I have to wait 4 7 days to get my money back.
