I went today to this location on Halsey Street just to have something to eat because i was around the area. The cashier was very disrespectful and kept speaking over me when I was paying for my food and when I asked for the closing time for the dine-in area — to be honest, all I wanted was some food and a place to eat at because I was hungry. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I will NOT be returning to this mess of a place that hires employees that are this disrespectful and can’t answer simple questions like “what time do you close the dining area” without an attitude. I was being as nice as I can be and she still was being extremely passive aggressive and rude towards me and even proceeded to throw my food away today after I asked to pay at ~9:20PM. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I visited this QDOBA location during my lunch break with a co-worker, and we had a disappointing experience. Upon entering, we noticed an employee cleaning the glass near the food preparation area with Windex. Concerned that the cleaning solution could contaminate the food, we politely pointed it out. However, the employee dismissed our concern, insisting that it wasn’t an issue, and continued cleaning near the food while responding in an unprofessional manner.
Beyond this, the overall customer service at this location was unwelcoming. The staff did not make us feel valued as customers, and their attitude was rude. I believe the store manager should retrain the staff to ensure better customer interactions and adherence to proper food safety practices.

Respectfully, if you’re going for something to eat, you won’t be disappointed; better quality food than chipotle (imo), more pricey, but lot more selection. If you’re going for the service aspect, then head to Chipotle on Market street; the way they talk to both their co-workers and the customers is unacceptable, but then again, you’re there to eat. As for the sit-down itself, it’s cool, but you should just take-out. 3/5

Day January 20, 2025, I received rude treatment and I felt it was racist from a woman of color... my English is not that good but I do understand a lot, when I went to pay she even asked me if I had smoked before Upon entering, I told him I don't smoke and I don't like that,,,all this just because my English is not good and I'm Hispanic 🇵🇷

I had an overall disappointing experience here. The service was poor—when I asked for a water cup, the cashier initially told me they didn’t have any, despite it being a simple request. After using the bathroom, I noticed the water cups under the counter and asked again. She seemed reluctant and, after a moment of silence, grabbed one and just tossed it onto the counter. I thanked her, but the lack of courtesy left a bad impression. The atmosphere was also lacking, and it wasn’t a very welcoming environment. The food was okay not terrible it was edible. Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Amazing service..once I walked in Kei was phenomenal..great customer service very heartwarming and respectful..if I had to give a class tomorrow on how to run a business or kitchen atmosphere she would be the example.. definitely recommend this store to anyone in or visiitbis nearby area!!*****

I love Qdoba but I order through Uber and the food was terrible. My girl rice bowl had clumps of rice in the bowl. The clumps of rice was golf ball size. The queso was watery and nasty. Wouldn't order from here again.
