This food truck on University Avenue in Gainesville, Florida was an amazing find. I learned they originally came from Jersey. I ordered the Fat Darrell fries along with mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and marinara sauce , and everything was insanely delicious. If you're in the Gainesville downtown area, you definitely need to check them out. Their menu is huge and they even serve breakfast. A full five-star experience.

Everything was OK, except all the photographs on the wall are all of white people, when Rutgers newark campus is one of the most ethnically diverse colleges in the United States. I guess we know something about the person who owns the store. Also, is it too much to ask to have a bathroom and establishment that seats over 50 people?
