Got there and was told we had to wait 50 minutes to get a table when there was a lot of empty booths so my party left and went to Hook and Reel and had a wonderful time I would never go back there nor would I recommend my friends or family to patronize this place

I had a bad experience there with their food not bed fresh my daughter and girlfriend got food poisoning from there food an they got seafood now they both have stomach problems I'm going to get a lawyer and sue you guy .

I ordered a shrimp and snow crab boil and as soon as I left I got soooooooooo sick I mean soooooooo sick then I called to express what happened to the manager and he was so rude never again 0/10 would not recommend that was my last time there

This was my first time here. I'm visiting from Florida. I had so much fun! I visited Red Crab on Friday evening. I compare the menu, pricing and food to Mr & Mrs Crab located throughout Tampa Bay, Florida. The differences are here you bring your own liquor (byob) and the atmosphere, specifically the music. They had a live DJ. He played hits from the 90s-early 2000s. It felt like everybody was singing to it. He even played some reggae. Between patrons creating a dance floor and dancing to the moving party line, this restaurant was jumping! It was exciting to watch. If you're looking for quiet dining, you're in the wrong place. To me and my party of 6, this wasn't just a tasty dinner, it was a DINING EXPERIENCE! It's a MUST SEE kind of place.
What a disappointment, I just had dinner there with my husband and daughter for my Birthday 2/29 the king crab legs were waterlogged and what was supposed to be the garlic sauce was way too salty salty. Salty! It looked like just two people were waiting on the tables he never did an entrée check. I had to look for the waiter twice very unorganized and confusing. At least Hook and Reel has a very tasty garlic butter sauce. Don’t waste your time here. The food was no good at all..

Food was great and our server Brian was very sweet! My older sister and I came Saturday afternoon and sat in a comfortable big both by the front door. He Even was sweet enough to give us refills to go. We will be back.

I have been to this establishment over 40 times… but haven’t been in awhile so this afternoon I decided to go me and my friend…we ask for the bill it was $157. 34 I noticed it was an extra slot on receipt that says service charge 5 …. So I asked waiter what does that mean she said that’s my tip $13. 64. … I said I wanted to leave you $20 moral of the story if you guys are not paying attention they are adding a service tip to everyone receipt plus people are tipping also…. And the gratuity should be 6 or more …..the owner trying to explain he does that because over 50 percent of the customers walk out…… but the doesn’t have anything to do everyone else…. They are ripping people off that’s why he can’t keep workers at this location.

Parking: The food was delicious. We had a boil bag with shrimp, scallops, corn, potatoes and broccoli. Garlic noodles and white rice sides. Forgot to get the hush puppies.
