The salad bar was horrible. Old food from the day before left out all night . Never again Can't believe there is no oversight there. Will video next

The bun on the Berger was huge and hard like it was day old. The burger was small and cold despite requesting it well done. The fries were fried so hard that they were stuck together. My wife bit into a bone in the chicken tenders! And the service was abysmal. She ignored us many time and walked away even when we said we were ready to take our order. She was sure to do that “waiter stare,” that ability to look past the person you’re serving because you don’t feel like doing your table rounds.

Absolutely terrible service. After being told I could sit anywhere, I was never acknowledged again for 27 minutes. Groups of people came in groups and sat around me were served and checked on multiple times by the two waitresses working the floor one finally came over and said that if I wasn't going to order anything, then they would need the table. Yes at any point during my wait, I could've have spoke up and asked for a menu but the principle of the matter was the person that greeted me and told me to have a seat walked by me multiple times without a word, greeted and sat other guest and served them before acknowledging me only to remove me from the restaurant.

Not bad for airport food! Had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely a decent option. Service was friendly and prompt for only having 2 waitresses. I’d come again!

Had a very bad experience. Waitress refused to serve tap water and forced to buy bottled water. Beer is overpriced. Food looks very unappetizing. The bill has items mislabeled as something other than what I ordered.

Stopped here for breakfast one morning on the way back to the UK it was good food but a little too much ice in the orange juice I had. The staff were nice and helpful.Thank you.

The manager is a saint. I had an incredibly negative experience in my army uniform at Phillips Seafood, 30s walk away. RT were closing and still took care of me! I tipped what I would’ve at the other establishment and will never not say hello when I frequent EWR terminal A

Food is OK. Drinks are OK. Airport prices.It’s the only sit-down spot open in this area of the terminal, so it’s busy.Bartender was very rude, to the point that a whole bar of strangers was rolling our eyes and laughing to each other about it. Rude bartender declared she had an “emergency” and kicked the whole restaurant out at 7:08PM, nearly 2 hours early.

Pretty decent!Quick service and decent food.If you want to grab a beer while waiting for ur flight, wud def recommend this.

This place is really going downhill. I ordered a simple takeout order for myself and my wife. She got a burger with fries and I got chicken sandwich with fries. My chicken sandwich came with undercooked bacon.. we got no utensils, no ketchup. Her hamburger to be medium well and it was medium rare. And they were pretty stingy in the fries.

Located in the disgusting Newark airport so what was I thinking? Service was great. Food? ?? had them remove my sons burger off the bill due to finding two hairs.( sorry ) After that completely lost my appetite and couldn't eat my salad. Don't do it

Absolutely disgusting behavior. 5PM. The woman behind the bar humiliated a military veteran. He only left ten percent. And she made it known to the entire bar. “Hey,. that’s not enough. No way. That’s only ten percent” Disgusting. And it’s memorial day. She should be fired. ASAP. A. S. A. P. Disgraceful.

It has an abbreviated menu and only offers a few items, nothing other than a Caesar salad, which is strange. Good to get a bite and a beer before a flight if you're in terminal A.

I had the new Smothered Sirlon and it was good. It was $16.99. I switched out fries for zucchini so it was a little healthier.I added the garden salad bar which was only 5.99.I was staying at the Courtyard hotel attached and was able to charge to the room.The Carlos birthday cake looked really good but I was pretty full.The server in the bar area was also a bartender and she kept up with things very well even though most seats were full at the bar.The hostess who seatts you was also very nice.
