I don’t know what’s bettter, the good or the service. From the moment I was introduced to Salad House, every experience has been enjoyable. I’ve gone from eating there every day for lunch to getting several of their phenomenal salads for weekend events. Event my picky eater son loves the food

The food was good but with the teriyaki shrimp bowl they only give you 4 shrimp smh. If I’m paying almost $17 for a bowl i would AT LEASR expect 6 shrimp. That was disappointing but other than that the food was okay

I had a 6 person order, totaling about $200 for a business lunch. This store decided to cancel on us 30 minutes before it was to be delivered. Created complete chaos trying to scramble for an alternative. They never once reached out or apologized. Stay away from this company. RUN

Went in 10 minutes before closing and they refused to serve me, because they closed the kitchen early. Disappointed in their lack of ability to perform their job.
I love salad that's my thing.
I visited Salad House in Newark for the first time, and while the food was decent, the customer service was very disappointing.
There was no greeting when I entered, and the employee at the front made no effort to assist me. I had to initiate the conversation just to place my order, and her responses were curt and unwelcoming.
After ordering, I noticed tomatoes were missing and mentioned it politely. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with, “You never said that,” in a rude tone and repeated it when I asked her to clarify. She eventually had them added but did so without another word.
The lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as customer service is just as important as the food.
Just ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad from here and I can’t even eat it as soon as I opened up the container, there were pieces of Parmesan cheese that were hard and old, the chicken was partially pink, and it definitely was not grilled chicken, the chicken was so cold. I’m pretty sure it was just taken out of a packet, this was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had, and at these prices it’s unbelievable what I received don’t you just love gentrification !

Never misses, this location is great. Very consistent, great service and quality products.
Ordered pickup, and the order was ready on time, and everything was delicious!
Be sure to order the brussel sprouts!
Amazing food. Great staff. It's always a pleasure.
I have a good dinner with salad house's food. The tast was very good. I'll try more times. Thanks .
I’ve been a loyal patron of Salad House, often enjoying their fresh options. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. While I wouldn't hesitate to pay over $14 for a satisfying salad, the quality has noticeably declined.
The portion sizes of the proteins, which are priced at $6, have shrunk significantly. On my last visit, I received just four small pieces, which felt quite inadequate. I initially thought this was a one-off issue, but after a few visits, it seems to be a trend. After looking at recent reviews, it seems that other customers are expressing similar frustrations, indicating that I’m not alone in this sentiment.
I’ve submitted in house reviews and the manager offer his apologies but with no change. I hope this feedback is actually taken to heart and restores the quality that it once had.
