Impressed by this airport pizza. The only down side was that the pizza was a bit salty. But it was fresh and hot! Very convenient to take to go or sit down and eat at one of the lounging areas. Love that it's easy to order and self checkout.

Liberty Airport is not exactly a culinary destination and the choice of restaurants is not great. I’ve walked past this one numerous time but this is the first time I’ve headed in. While the food and wine was well prepared and nicely presented the prices took extortionate to a whole new level. To be honest $9.19 + tax is really a total rip off as this would normally cost $2.00 anywhere else. Saying that the service was fast and attentive only let down by the extortionate prices.

Like many previous reviews there is a common thread, expensive beers. Cannot comment on the food but the helpings looked more than adequate. There’s a full beer and wine menu but there are no prices shown. Not good enough

We waited 15 mins for someone to take our order, not even water offered. As we had a plane to catch we asked how long the food would take and told it would be 25 minutes. It was 30 minutes but they brought out the wrong order, only one of the items was correct. For an airport restaurant it is extremely slow and seems totally disorganized.

We usually stop here for a quick drink before boarding. It’s minutes to the gates at Terminal B . Drinks are pricey but you’re a captive customer. Service is as quick as they can be depending on number of people in the restaurant. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Okay you expect to be overcharged at an airport but it would be nice if the menu had the prices on. For some reason the price of beer was left off Service was very poor. Plates were just slammed down in front of us. The table beside us was then cleared with very little care. The contents just swept to the floor. I didn’t fancy other peoples stuff on my luggage. Didn’t even get asked if we wanted more drinks had to go to the bar. Asked for the check and it came with the need to tip highlighted, did provide us with a giggle. There was certainly no tip left

My wife and I were stuck in Terminal B waiting for a flight. We stopped by the Belgian Beer Cafe ‘Transit’. The drinks, particularly the wines were seriously overpriced ($19.50 for a nine ounce pour of an undistinguished rose). The beers are more reasonable. But the food was a pleasant surprise. I had the sausage plate which had two nicely cooked brautwurst and a very nice German potato salad. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich with f Ives. Both very nice. Great food? No. But beat expectations by a mile.

Belgian themed so, as you would expect, Stella Artois and Mussels. The mussels, in particular, are so overpriced at $25, its ridiculous. Had a burger and beer which was fine, nothing special. Pity there's not more effort made for a true European experience. Would add greatly to this area of Newark departures (where there is little else beyond Security)
Stopped for a quick burger and a beer before a flight, good service and nice food but very expensive really, would probably get a sandwich from the shop next time.

Nothing else is really worth the time or money. Stay away from the sandwiches or mussels. For an airport restaurant it was a good option and the beer wasn’t too bad either.
