My order was completely wrong! I ordered teriyaki shrimp, fried rice, and veggies. I received white rice with shrimp. I wasn't aware of this until I got home close to half an hour later.There were some seemingly new employees (they were slow and asking questions), and my order took forever.I wasted my money on a meal I didn't eat.

I Dont Know What All the Fuss Is About in the Reviews... I Believe They Give a Proper Portion of Meat w the Rice... And Ya,, the Taste is a Bit Mild... But That Cup of Teriyaki Sauce They Provide is There for a Reason... Thats What Completes the Meal... The Lady at the Counter Treated Me Well... The Chicken and Shrimp Combo Ran Me $12 Bucks...

I stop by here like two times a month for a quick lunch/dinner. The store is set up for dine in AND take out but definitely more of a take out place. Place isn't loud at all and wait time is peaceful. Never had issues with the employees. This is a "fast food" place and I'm always in and out within like 3-5 minutes if the store isn't overly busy. If it is busy, maybe 8 minutes at most. The food. Flavor? Great. A really great teriyaki place. The sushi is also good. I only get the basics California roll and the shrimp tempura roll but They don't disappoint when I get it. The only reason for the star down is pricing. You can't price that high for little portions. Specially the meat. I have noticed that in the span of couple of months that even though the price is barely increasing, the amount of protein/meat they put is visibly getting less and less. Lately getting double meat is a must now.

Placed a carry out order for the dumplings and the teriyaki chicken. The dumplings were fried well, if not a bit over. The issue was the gyoza sauce. While tasty, there was an insanely small amount. It was barely enough to get through two of the six dunplings, so those two were good while the rest were meh. The teriyaki chicken was grilled well, but the entire dish was unsauced. Again, the sauce was in a small container and there was barely enough to flavor about a third of the order. That left a whole lot of leftover bland and unseasoned food, which would have been fine if I were home because I could fix it, but I'm in a hotel, so I will end up pitching a lot of food that I wanted to actually eat.

after placing an order early online to pickup at 6:40 I arrived there around 7:20. when I asked for the order and showed my order on my phone the manager( at first Brian then he changed his name to vern. just like the cashier had on two different name bags) and said the order was already picked up. I told him there's no way an order could be picked by somebody else as I PLACED THE ORDER. he goes and tells me " oh , he knows the games going on because the order was already picked up". FIRST OFF, WHAT GAMES ARE YOU REFERRING TO AS A CUSTOMER WHO'S NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE AND ORDERS ONLINE CONSTANTLY" ALSO, "JUST BECAUSE YOU GAVE OUT THE ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND that's YOU FAULT DOESN'T MAKE IT MY FAULT!" He, AS THE MANAGER, wants to banter back and forth while I'm showing him the receipt and everything and he's just accusing me of some b.s. after I traveled all the way down here in the first place. I just place the order again(only because I know I'm right and I'm hungry), all the while him and the cashier are just talking b.s the whole time about me. this was a freaking HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I've never had to pre order a meal just for the meal to be given away to some else, then be blamed and shamed for it, and to also have to buy the same meal again while being talked about . that's the craziest thing ever. totally unprofessionalism at the upmost.

This is my 3rd visit. Disappointed. Rice was dry and there's so much of it. Barely any chicken, not even chopped up. Little salad on the side that's pretty much wilted, not appetizing at all.

Zesty dark skin dude that work the cash register has a very nasty attitude. Damn near threw my receipt at me. Tf??? Newark is full of mentally-ill people. But, the first time I interacted with this “individual” I knew something was off with him. But, I guess once you feel like you can’t do better in life, you start projecting that onto the world. I hardly go here as it is. 6 months or a whole year later And without fail I see this same person. Don’t get salty with the customers because you made working in fast food your career.
We tried calling numerous times and no one answered. We tried to tell them we needed something added to the order and they began sending our calls to voicemail. This is unprofessional. They lucky the food is good because I wouldn't be back.

This is crazy they charge my $3 extra for more chicken I I received the regular portion that they give already I usto work for this company we where never this stingy im a pregnant women that was craving this meal and payed extra for something and didn’t get it and to top that off I try to call them and no one picks up just their answering machine what is going on you guys have to do better then this is not fair things are expensive and you guys are ripping people of including my self ??? oh and I forgot they forgot to put hot sauce as well great

I ordered sushi and chicken teriyaki. The sushi was absolutely horrible. The wasabi was dried up and I had little to no ginger at all. The sushi alone was disgusting. This has never happened to me before in the past…the sushi was always great but today it was SO OFF.??.
