I ordered a scallion creem cheese on a bagel toasted. They gave me regular cream cheese and upcharged for the scallion. The bagel was not good, so thin. Only tasted the crust.

I order bagels/breakfast sandwiches every day from Simply Bagels, and they never disappoint. They are always fast and efficient. The staff is incredible and very kind. I work over in Jersey City and happily make the drive over to Newark to order from Simply Bagels. Our crew is anywhere from 20-45 people, depending on the day. Whenever we order breakfast sandwiches, they always label them for us, and there has never been a single error since I started going to Simply Bagels over a year ago!.

First it was door dasher delivering to me another person's order. How do I explain it that after almost finishing a plate of Tuna salad I just found a fly underneath the vegetables? This is terrible honestly.. i ordered 2 plates of Tuna salad. I wish there is a place to attach picture. It's unbelievable.

Simply Bagels... You need to watch what you buy here. It's a basic spot that I feel will disappear as Newark grows into one of New Jersey's top cities. I'm sure thee entire lot will eventually be sold. Anyway, it's not thee most sanitary spot. If you look close enough, there are bugs flying all around the cabinet that holds the bagels. My 7 year old son immediately brought the bugs to my attention. If you don't look close enough, you may leave with a bag of bagels where the bottoms are burnt. Say it's a cold winter day and the bagels aren't burnt and the bugs aren't sitting on the bagels, then these are some rubbery bagels. This place is like a hood bodega. People go there that really don't care what they put in their mouths. They are just happy with the prices and don't really have many options. I would not recommend. The people that work there are nice though...

It was too expensive for the quality and amount. seriously. I love a good LOX, but simply bagels was a flop for 9 dollars!!! Barely any salmon and what kind of cream cheese was it it was melted look like mayonnaise. How can you mess up a Lox? You toast the bagel, let cool, then lay the cream cheese, then the salmon, wrap it up. Simple.
