Today was my first time ordering from simply bagels and I must say I am extremely pleased the breakfast sandwich, bacon, egg, and cheese was top-tier and the Tre Leche cake was out of the park. Fantastic. I give it a resounding 10!

Today I try to buy a everything with cream cheese bagel. The price $3.75. I gave my debit card. He insisted I had to spend $10 to use debit card. I explained to him just charged me. The 3% credit card fee, like the rest of the world. He said, no, it has to be $10 to use a debit card. I refuse to be strong armed into paying for $7 worth of more food. I don't need just to use a bank card. Then my colleague bought a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel they charged him for double egg, double meat, they have refused to bring down their prices to accommodate for the shortage of eggs, He only received a regular egg and meat sandwich, but they insist on double charging him for double to make up for the price inflation.and paying their overhead expenses. HORRIBLE work plan. He may be taking advantage of the unprivileged in that neighborhood who don't know their rights, I was not taken advantage of and did not pay. Do not give this business anymore of your hard-earned dollars for a simple bagel. And cream cheese or for any other food?

Great little bagel shop in town. It was crowded but the line moved quickly. I had a bagel with walnut cream cheese. It was so good. My husband said his breakfast sandwich was good as well. We will be back.

We tried to resolve this privately, but unfortunately, the owner Salvador and Sandra Garcia showed no accountability!!
We placed a large, important order for a community event: 50 bagels with individual spreads, coffee, and muffins. Not only did it arrive 40 minutes late, but it was missing all the spreads, which then took an additional 20-30 minutes to arrive. The delay completely disrupted the timing of our event, caused unnecessary stress for our team and guests, and made us look disorganized, all because they couldn’t deliver what was promised.
What made this worse was how it was handled. No apology, no clear communication, just defensiveness. We were even told we had called “too many times” when we were just trying to ensure things went smoothly. On top of it all, the milk provided with the order was expired. See photo attached!!
We reached out directly to give them a chance to make it right, requesting a refund or a replacement order. They refused to take responsibility and offered no meaningful resolution.
Bottom line: If you’re planning an event or ordering for a group, do not trust this place. They will not deliver on their promises, and if something goes wrong, they will not own up to it. Save yourself the stress!!! Stay away!!!!

I ordered a scallion creem cheese on a bagel toasted. They gave me regular cream cheese and upcharged for the scallion. The bagel was not good, so thin. Only tasted the crust.

I order bagels/breakfast sandwiches every day from Simply Bagels, and they never disappoint. They are always fast and efficient. The staff is incredible and very kind. I work over in Jersey City and happily make the drive over to Newark to order from Simply Bagels. Our crew is anywhere from 20-45 people, depending on the day. Whenever we order breakfast sandwiches, they always label them for us, and there has never been a single error since I started going to Simply Bagels over a year ago!.

First it was door dasher delivering to me another person's order. How do I explain it that after almost finishing a plate of Tuna salad I just found a fly underneath the vegetables? This is terrible honestly.. i ordered 2 plates of Tuna salad. I wish there is a place to attach picture. It's unbelievable.
