I ordered a milkshake and a burger and the cashier said to me while hitting her weave that she is not making no milk shake because she needs to use bathroom and turned to the cook and laughed. Prior to that she was making fun of the person who ordered before me.

Really bad customer service. The employee was on her phone the whole time even when a guest was at the register. A couple of times she ignored the guest and kept talking ( leaning on the counter)and the customer walked away. Then she was eating on the counter near where the food comes out leaning on the counter). Then when the food came out she reached over and picked up a plastic glove and put it on the one had she was going to pick up the food with. It was in a wrapper but your supposed to wash your hands before putting on a glove. Especially when you are eating and using your phone. Then a person came over ( who they called Sonny) and said he was giving them the award.( That's what it sounded like. It was a paper that looked like something you would get for doing good). I don't know if he was an owner or manager but he said nothing about leaning on the counter. I guess there are not very many choices of food so they know if you want a burger you have to go there..??? Not sure. It was painful to watch

Would definitely recommend this place if you can tank the price (around $10 per burger, fries + drinks are separately charged).
The double classic & American burgers is 10/10. The patties are quite tender and sizable. The smash fries are also well seasoned, not overly salty or bland. Staff are super friendly & approachable :)
Daniel was very pleasant and patient while taking my order. The food came out shortly and was exactly what I ordered. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.
