Got a brisket sandwich and they didn’t even bother putting barbecue sauce on it. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was at my gate, which was not close. Fries were cold and chewy. Staff was dismissive And disinterested. I clearly should’ve checked the reviews before I ordered. I would’ve been better served going to Dunkin.

Why did one glass of wine cost $29??? I think that's a bit ridiculous. I'm contacting corporate because that should be illegal. This is the closest restaurant to security and it was late so I went straight there. Based on the reviews, this place should be closed. Or at least under new management- I can say that the two girls that I spoke with were super friendly and I enjoyed the vibe.. I don't like feeling like I'm taken advantage of and that's kinda how I felt when I left this place. That seems to be the experience of most the people who dine here. Will NEVER and I mean NEVER eat at a smokehouse barbecue joint ever again..

Burger bun was so stale I couldn’t even eat it. Lettuce was withering and had some spoiled spots. Service lacks transparency, I asked for clarification on how to use their ordering website and was basically ignored. There are waters on the table (not complimentary!!) and when I asked how much they were the server said « uhhh about 5 dollars » - I was charged 6.79. Plus, the water tasted like plastic. Also the insanely confusing website that you order on links your credit card ahead of time (which is so suspicious and weird) to which the server can add items and TIP THEMSELVES from your card WITHOUT even informing you. Not to mention the silly service charge for just sitting at a table. Insane that I was charged $34 for a mediocre burger (please just go to shake shack instead for quality burgers without scams and schemes- better yet just avoid this whole airport if possible) and WATER. Overall very bad food, deceptive service and worst restaurant experience of my life - will NEVER return, would rather STARVE; all the other bad reviews are completely validated.

Dirty tables with hair and sticky booth seats. Tables were dirty and staff not attentive. I had to ask for table and seats to be wiped down. People in line and staff waiting in the corner talking. One person take order and the same server making the drinks before taking other orders. Such beautiful terminal A and this is what you get when you first arrive.

The gentleman at the front likes to talk at people and not use respect when calling on people for there food. Not sure who trained him. But no one deserves to be talked to in a tone that is aggressive. Very not professional disappointed. Older African American who is bald.
Eat or drink literally anywhere else in this airport. Really bad service. It took over 20 minutes just to get a couple of beers, wait staff was very inattentive and even brought the wrong beer. Brought it up to the bartender who said they no longer carry that beer but they never updated the menu - wasn't offered a refund or to change the order and they were rude about me even bringing it up. Out of most food items which was probably lucky based on the other reviews. Fly far away from here.

While catching a connecting flight, I didnt have time to sit somewhere, I wanted something fast, I ordered 2 BBQ bacon burgers at the kiosk to go, 20 minutes later I watch through the kitchen service window 2 meals in a plastic container placed for pick pick, the cook realized no BBQ sauce was added, she opened the container, squirted some sauce, and the server handed me the food. When one pays nearly ＄50 for 2 burgers, one expects a better quality than a Burger King or Wendy's. Instead, I got 2 flavorless crunchy meat patties most likely from frozen, the bacon was tough/hard old, BBQ sauce dumped on top, needless to say, Unedible, the 2 stars are for the fresh unsalted fries. The whole thing went to the trash. With Starbucks across and jersey Mike's behind them, do yourselves a favor, spend your money elsewhere. 8/12/2025

I understand that it is the airport. I would recommend eating somewhere else. The food was terrible. Maybe I've been spoiled with outstanding barbecue in my life. Service was fast and on point. It was just bad food.

the waitress val was outstanding throughout the interaction. made great drinks and was very kind. at the end because it’s our groups first time at an airport we were not explained that we would not be receiving a second check to leave a tip. when the tab got closed out she proceeded to pull someone in our group over and asked why a tip was not left and basically singled her out and she looked visibly very upset/angry. as a manager there is a way to handle that portion with a customer and that was not the way to go about it and i hope to see that improved in the future! other than that great experience!
