the waitress val was outstanding throughout the interaction. made great drinks and was very kind. at the end because it’s our groups first time at an airport we were not explained that we would not be receiving a second check to leave a tip. when the tab got closed out she proceeded to pull someone in our group over and asked why a tip was not left and basically singled her out and she looked visibly very upset/angry. as a manager there is a way to handle that portion with a...
Valeria and Heidy are amazing! Great personalities and amazing customer service! The food industry is hard and labor intensive and dealing with so many people! Sometimes we are so self-absorbed that we forget that our service is their employment. And if you want your boss to respect you at your job! Remember that you should be respectful to the servers and chefs and hostesses that still put a smile on their faces to bring you a great hospitality experience!

Went to grab some food before my flight and a cashier named Nikita was very helpful and gave me amazing service. She was also very helpful to the other people at their table. Great place. 100% recommend.
