It’s become one of our favorite spots as a couple, and every visit feels like comfort, culture, and joy rolled into one. The staff is always welcoming, and the variety of Brazilian snacks and products is amazing. If you’re craving real Brazilian food made with love, this is the place to go. Overall, the food is good, but service is poor. Me and my friend went there to pick up our order and they refused to give it to us stating they "were on their lunch break" . We ordered it and they said they would be done with the order it by 12:30 and I arrived their on time, but they made us wait 20 minutes and still hadn't given it to us. They would decline our calls and then on the last one they said they were on lunch break and all the drives had went on their break. I had to order again, paying extra, so I could get my food.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Snack Mania. I ordered my food at 1:58 PM, and by 2:30 PM, I was still waiting with no update. The cashier never mentioned that the kitchen was busy, which would have been crucial information. When I asked about the delay, she claimed she had informed me, which was completely false.
As a four-months-pregnant customer, I was starving and would have gone to another restaurant if I’d been told about the wait. To make matters worse, the staff made a scene in front of other customers as if I was in the wrong for being upset about the delay.
The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service was shocking. Snack Mania needs serious improvement, and I won’t be returning.
This version reflects your full experience and frustration while remaining professional.

The food is very good, but the açaí leaves a lot to be desired, besides not being cheap, it is pure water, I paid for the dulce de leche that didn't even come and you leave it in the fridge and it still doesn't taste good, the fruits come more frozen than the açaí 🥲
