I usually love ordering from sonic since it’s a childhood favorite. Tonight I had the worst experience. I ordered online and it said my food was ready. I went through the drive thru since it’s cold outside and I’m pregnant. The employee said i needed to wait at the front of the store. This employee was piling orders and orders on top of each-other in VIEW, making delivery drivers and pick ups wait IN THE COLD for a long time! But here’s the best part. This employee came to the window with attitude! She handed me a drink that wasn’t mine and it was frozen SOLID. She then went to the back with attitude and gave me the correct drink. But this time it was FULL of ice, barely any beverage. My friend also ordered at the same time and we BOTH got sick with food poisoning after eating the food which means the food safety here is a concern. This employee is lazy, impatient and messy. No knowledge of customer service. She doesn’t make this company look good. She had no hairnet, and long lashes. Looked like a teen. I believe this needs to be reported to corporate or the manager needs to correct this behavior. I will be reaching out. As for someone who worked 10+ years in food service(me), I would’ve fired her immediately. DO BETTER.

10/7/25: The lady working the front tonight was very rude. On the app, I tried to put stall #10 (the stall I was in) and it wouldn’t let me so I put #1 and it went through. The lady comes out and I see her looking, so I let her know it’s mine. She said “you’re suppose to be over there” I explained to her what happened and she responded “you’re not suppose to be right here,” mind you I’m still in mobile order pick up - I just said ok, thank you. My drink didn’t have much flavor, so to avoid her I went through the drive through. I told the man in the driveway and he said it wasn’t anything he can do, I said even an extra pump and then she jumped on “that’ll be 27¢.” I came inside and waited at the counter. The first thing she said to me was “you’re the one I just told 27¢,” I said yes but can I speak to the manager or the lady right there(M) - still very calm. She said ok, that’s still 27¢. She finally goes to get her and says “ still charge her 27¢ because she thinks just because she knows someone she don’t have to pay.” I don’t even know this lady, just that she’s brought out my order before and isn’t rude. I explained it’s not about the money, it’s about the customer service. She started going back and forth with me saying “ she just mad she has to pay 27¢, if you had an issue you should’ve just came inside the first time, I only jumped in because he’s new and don’t know anything, you’re the only person that’s said anything today, etc. Then a lady ordering said “ yeah, it’s her attitude, she was going back and forth with a man right before you came in” & got upset the lady said that. The lady(M) told her to go in the back and she was still going. I have been coming here for years and this is my first time encountering her. Very distasteful.

The attention is terrible, the staff always treats you badly, in addition to wearing the uniform very badly. They don't wash their hands after touching the money and that's how they're going to pack the food, the time to wait for the food is extremely long more than half an hour and on top of that Apple Pay doesn't work

The sad thing is that I see that I am not the only one who complains and the company does nothing about improving this place. Without hesitation it is better to go to another restaurant or die of hunger which is the same as eating in this place

My first review ever of a restaurant and I have to say it’s the worst experience ever. The late night black lady manager or staff was rude, inpatient and by far a frustrated human being. Her conduct and behaviour should be a major concern for the image of the Sonic restaurant. She should be offered therapy to help ease her frustration and anxiety issues. This is not an issue of race because I’m a black college student trying to grab a bite at a restaurant and rather than getting a good experience, I was preyed on by a staff who evidently had a lot going on. I’d recommend she’d be given due attention in order not to tarnish the image of the restaurant.

I come here all the time I park and eat my food
There is a girl here very rude came out and told my husband we can't sleep here that she was going to call police.... we ware not sleeping this girl is very rude and has bad attitude I am very unprofessional
This girl don't know how to talk to Custumers
All we ware doing drinking and eating food that I bought there at sonic
But God sees everything

There is been times that I go true the window
Where uber eats pick up food .... I go back and get extra drink
And every time they charge me diferent price I get a large drink one time they charge me $2 dollars
Another time was $4 dollars or $3,87
And I never seen the money go to the register
Maybe when I leave
They put the money
Any way that girl that trow us out there
She thinks she's owned that place not nice at all what she did

That's the rudest people I have ever encountered.They drop your food and keep walking like you asking for a favor!
I felt scared of asking for a single ketchup,the response always rude and the tone of voice is intimidating!

Not too many people there but the food and service is good.
The philly cheese steak (ask 4 extra cheese) with 3 or 4 packs of ketchup is amazing. 1 of my favs.
The crispy chicken sandwich is good also.
The chicken tenders are good also the potatoe tots with cheese as side dish. The large milkshake are good. The specialty slushy drinks are good. I used to never go there but once I tried it. I go all the time.
