The most expensive rolls $19 foot a kalifornia roll? We went to order and the cashier said it was only premade. 2 rolls, 2 miso soup and 2 waters $62! The rice on the rolls were old and wet! Definitely don’t recommend.

We ordered a takeout and food was not that bad except for the quantity was more like a snack size with only eight pieces for $12. The front receptionist was very rude with no manner whatever. Won’t stop again

Terrible!
When paying an additional tip of 20% was directly added! When I said let me decided she added a 15% tip still by herself !! A $25 became $29! I had to argue with her saying I will decide by myself what tip I want to give! I told her keep it 10% and she put it as 15% saying that is 10. How is 3. Something 10% for something that is $25? She was lying!
At the end she was like you can pay without tip which I did. Being served in plastic bowls does not deserve tip!
Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

I rarely write a bad review. So I go to write one and I see taht i am not alone. This restaurant has terrible ratings. Here is why 1. Your peopel working at the Newark airport prefers to stand and do nothing than clean counter. 2. I asked to salmon avocado roll with less rice and I am told you will not have rice for a while so I took a prepared role but when I bit into it the avocado was hard 3. So I ordered spicy tuna. It was very mediocre but rice was hard ..it must have sat there for a while. Well the ratings are not lying. Owner really get someone new and tell tham if they have nothing to do they can simply clear the counter..

The worst service, I order for to go but they made me wait outside of the restaurant when it was empty. I was like seriously 😒. Very rude!!!!!
Was told at 6pm the restaurant was closed and could only sit at the bar-went somewhere else to get food and sit there since the atmosphere is much nicer than most of terminal B. Come back and was immediately yelled at by the host/manager whatever she is to get out with my “outside food”. It’s an airport. Nothing is outside.
Was then told the chef would be magically be back in 20 mins to serve us after we had bought food elsewhere explaining that that’s where we had wanted to eat.

Stopped by for sushi and ramen. As soon as we sat down and got comfortable, we were told sushi wasn’t available because the chef was “on break” or something like that. Great timing. But hey, we were already there, so we stayed.
We ordered ramen and chicken teriyaki. Not terrible, but definitely meh. For airport food, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but for those prices? Come on. Tiny portions served in even tinier dishes. Felt more like a sampler than a meal.
Then came the cocktail — I ordered a Malibu Original Coconut Rum. What I got looked nothing like the photo. Just a random glass of Baileys? No foam, no almonds, no effort.
But the worst part? The tip screen. They ask if you want to include gratuity… but your only “choice” is 20% on top of tax, plus another 3% fee. What even is that? Easily one of the most overpriced, underwhelming meals we’ve ever had.
If you stop by, make sure to ask not to include gratuity — or better yet, skip the place entirely. Go to Firehouse or literally anywhere else nearby. Your wallet and your taste buds will thank you.

They charge 18% gratitude over tax and 3% employee benefits for not even good service. Food is overpriced and yet served in disposable plastic plates. The only thing that’s okay is the food itself.

Such a great place to stay before your flight. The food was so fresh and delicious! And Sara made her best to make us happy! Thank you Sara for your hospitality!

We were today in Sora Terminal A. The food was delicious, sushi was fresh. Especially Sara did the service best, we will definitely come back again because of her.
Must try place, but come when Sara is there!!!!
