Worst Tuna Roll ever. $18, and I threw it out.

The cashier displayed a troubling double standard?. The man in front of me placed a to-go order and was allowed to sit at a table and wait for it (all the time until he picked up his order and left), while I was asked to wait outside for mine, for several times and in a rudely manner. If waiting outside is the restaurant’s rule, I can accept it, but the inconsistent enforcement is unacceptable. Is it because I’m an Asian woman that I’m seen as an easy target? Or is the man simply given preferential treatment? I felt discriminated against. If there are rules for customers, they should be applied consistently to everyone.
Additionally, the service is FAR TOO SLOW to meet the boarding time, so we told her to change from dine-in to to-go, and then received the bad attitude. And to be honest, the food quality is BAD as well, did not make up for the poor experience—more like 1-2 stars at best.

The cashier reached over to the credit card terminal where I was paying and tipped herself 20% before I could remove my card! Who does that?

Airport sushi. What more can you say? Brown avocado and a 4-1 ratio of rice to sushi filling

A restaurant you should never go to. There are many crowded restaurants, but when I went there because it was quiet, I understood why there were no customers. It's expensive, unfriendly, tasteless, salty, and the service is terrible.
Don't eat here. I ordered tempura udon, but for the price, the soup was very salty and not really tasty. You can even calculate the tip however you want. It's a place I never want to go again

It was sticky which made me feel so uncomfortable. You aren’t allowed to just grab a quick bite and sit. If you wanna sit you have to spend like $30. They were not friendly. I wandered in thinking I needed to order at the bar counter and the guy there kept on staring at his phone and didn’t acknowledge me, and then when I found the front counter and asked for what dishes were vegan, I don’t even think they knew what vegan meant. The udon noodles were disgusting 1/10. One flavour of soy sauce and sugar and it was too strong and too sweet. Didn’t taste Japanese or Asian. Nothing in that dish was worth the exorbitant amount of money I spent on it.

These two pieces of shriveled nigiri cost me $11. It’s too late for me but it’s not too late for you.
Had very bad service here. We waited over an hour for our food. If our flight hadn't been delayed, we wouldn't have made it. In addition, the prices do not correspond to what you actually pay. We had to pay more than $25 more in additional costs. In addition, there is a mandatory tip. Since we were not satisfied with the service, we kindly indicated that we did not want to give a tip. In addition, the mandatory additional costs were already $15. This was not appreciated by the employees. We kindly asked where we could see that there was a mandatory 18% tip. They could not prove this. After which two employees and the manager told us in a threatening manner that we had to pay. Since we had a flight to catch, we did this. We are certainly not happy with the way things are done and therefore advise everyone not to eat here…

Had some time to kill while my flight was delayed during the airport outage. The place was packed so it took about 20min to get a seat and then another 15 min for someone to come get my order but every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant despite the rush of people. Got a salmon roll, shrimp tempura roll and a cold drink. Rolls were made fresh and honestly above my quality expectations for an airport sushi roll. All bar seats and some tables have outlets so I was able to charge my phone too. The surface was a bit sticky but they were wiping tables between customers and as needed. Don’t expect fancy but solid choice for an airport option.

It's hard to imagine a place that makes ramen worse than instant ramen.

A solid meh! Don’t expect NYC quality ramen here. You’re at an airport. In New Jersey. The miso ramen broth had some flavor and wasn’t salty, but very clear considering it was a miso broth. Pork was fatty, but it wasn’t pork belly. Maybe shredded pork shoulder? Frozen corn, canned button mushrooms, green AND white onions (?), and half of a precooked hard boiled egg rounds out the toppings. Noodles were nice and firm but still a bit clumped together.
Cashier and server were pleasant enough. Table wasn’t clean and had someone’s forgotten pill.
Probably better than airplane food!
