don't come here when its busy, employees are nice but when it gets busy they make the drinks bad. If your a student at Rutgers I recommend going to the Starbucks at the business school; much cleaner and tastier food. Im so upset because i paid 7 dollars for matcha that tastes like milk and rotten banana cold foam.

They are fooling around behind the counter. Instead of putting light ice on drinks, they still put the regular amount and the overall tastes of the drinks is not the best. They need better training or they need to take their job more seriously.

The staff at this Starbucks are incredibly kind, dilligent, and understanding, qualities I have yet to see amongst all the other Starbucks' I have come across in the area. My tedious drink is always made in a timely matter, and with extra care. Jonathan and Tameerah usually make my drinks and they do amazingly at it. They are both so kind, funny, and influential to all the people around them.
Love or hate the company, this Starbucks has easily provided the best food, drink, and most importantly service, I’ve had throughout Newark. I’ve never had one bad interaction with the staff, and one staff member specifically, Johnathan, who I’d consider a friend from interacting with him so much, has me genuinely wanting to come back to this specific starbucks to try out new drinks or just get what I need for the day. I literally could not vouch for this starbucks enough.

They always remember my order and have it ready when I arrive. I love how kind they are and always able to give me a laugh when I'm down. Especially Anela and Jonathan, who have been there for me. They don't only serve me my coffee and Danish, but they bring joy to my life.

been coming here for about two years after transferring and it’s a really great staff here especially in the mornings. i love how the staff here has memorized my name and some of my orders too. overall it’s a great starbucks and i’m gonna miss it when i graduate!
