I came at 4pm on a Thursday and it was very busy and they had 3 people working, and those three people were killing it. Zuri, who was working the register and warming food, had a great rhythm of helping a customer and then preparing an order. Sure, there can be a bit of a wait, but it's a busy transit center and it's a small Starbucks. The team did great and had such a great attitude even under pressure. When a line started to form, the man working turned around and helped with food items too. All while offering great customer service and helping anyone and everyone who asked. Great job guys!! Thank you!!

I normally come here when I’m taking the train, and every experience has been amazing. The workers are always very approachable, smiling, and genuinely happy, which makes such a difference especially in the morning. They were extremely patient with me while I was ordering, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They even said my name, which really made me feel special. Overall, a great experience every single time I always look forward to coming back! 🚆✨

My daughter and I placed an online order for pick up 20min prior. We were notified it would be ready for pickup and it wasn’t. We still had to wait due to the barista playing around and laughing while making the drinks that should’ve been done. She made the drinks in an unclean space and handed us the drinks that were spilling. We went to pick up the drinks they spilled on us because they weren’t properly closed. I asked for the manager and she didn’t respond. A guy nearby said he was the manager. She didn’t like what I said to the manager, came to argue with my daughter and I then another employee came out that had nothing to do with it and they wanted to fight us..Why because of poor customer service.

While waiting for my bus I stopped in to see what kind of coffee experience I would have.
They were busy, therefore I had a long wait time, but patience is what is needed. I didn't like the way my Blond Espresso came out but I had no business buying it anyways and should have stuck to my usual. I've had this before, at the suggestion of my daughter, but when she makes it at her location it tastes better.
The staff was friendly and appeared to be doing the best they could, under the circumstances. Seating is tight, so you may have to go back to the common seating areas.

Extremely Slow, but Staff Was Understanding
This Starbucks location is really frustrating if you’re in a rush. The service is extremely slow—it took more than 8 minutes per order, and the line barely moved the entire time. For a spot inside Penn Station, where people are trying to catch trains, this pace just doesn’t work.
I had only 3 minutes left before my train, and luckily, the staff let me skip ahead in line, which I appreciate—that’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of less. The employees weren’t rude, they were just clearly overwhelmed and not moving efficiently for the volume of people coming in.
It’s not the place to stop if you need something quick before boarding. I had to skip Starbucks entirely some days because I couldn’t afford to wait. Overall, the drinks are fine—but the speed and workflow need serious improvement for a high-traffic location like this.

I'd like to update my review. It's the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I love the pink drink and the bacon sandwiches. The employees are wonderful, clean, and very hard-working. They make my morning start off happy. They're very attentive. Thank you all for doing so well.

A Starbucks at a travel hub not a great idea , just purchased a small green tea. Did not get a hot small green tea in under sixteen mins had to leave without my item.
