Don’t order here unless you want to wait half an hour or more just for a single food order. One worker is on her phone while working and the other works and moves like a turtle. Only one guy is doing his job properly. Not worth missing my train!! Absurd!

Customer service isn't good. I waited 20 minutes for my order. I ordered an oatmeal and was given it without toppings. The toppings are automatically included. They don't make drinks or food with consideration for the people in the cafe.

It was marked as open when I decided to walk 1/2 mile to go there, only to find the sign on the front of the building saying that it opens at 8:00am.

Tried to notify the girl at the cashier there was a fly in their food display, her response and the way she dismissed me was rude.

Waited 3 minutes to order. Moved to the cashier that has none there and waited for two minutes. Was waiting in front of the register and the lady inside just decided to call on the people waiting behind me to order. I was looking on my phone but she could just asked me instead of telling people behind me he is not ready!! Waited for 7mins to place my order and she just jumped over me. Will never order there again!

I order from this location often since it’s on my daily commute into the city. Mobile ordering is a problem, it’s mostly never ready at the suggested time. They seem to have a problem prioritizing, I will order 10 mins in advance, arrive with ppl ordering and then be the last one standing still waiting. I have walked out on orders because they have made miss my train or almost on several occasions. Definitely a problem.

I stop in here at 6:00 AM a few times a week to grab coffee on my way from NJT to PATH train. The staff always greet me by name with a smile and do their best to have my order ready when I get there. If it isn't ready they get right on it for me knowing I'm in a rush. A very busy location but they handle it well. It's a nice way to start my day.

It's not always but there are days when they don't prepare the drinks as they are... my order was an iced brown sugar with espresso but it seems like they only loaded it with espresso and it tastes more bitter... I don't know if it depends on whether your drink is good or not. person who does it or that they are of good character to do it well under pressure ?... whenever they are full the drinks taste bad to me... it is not cheap at all to order a drink here so one does expect it to be like one you already know her

They are always friendly and attentive, yes mistakes are made once in awhile but we're all human we are prone to make them. If anything is wrong with an order they kindly fix it with no hesitation. This is a small Starbucks and nowhere to sit it's just for picking up orders, so the atmosphere may not be the best but the people are very professional.
