I have NEVER had a worse experience. Add my own sugar, maybe. Spread my own cream cheese (if I have to). I know airports are overpriced, but $30 for 2 of each?! Outlandish. Michael happily made sure I knew that I had to do the work myself. I do not have an apron, nor did I get a discount for doing the work required to complete my order.

Sad sad location. I was in this location for a flight and the cashier said “we are so short staffed, we are so behind on orders, we need to stop this line and close the cashier” after waiting 15 minutes in the line, those are the words they told us. They are refunding some clients that haven’t got their orders. Staff seems sad and mad. Sad times.

Nick and team are amazing !The best customer experience I ever had at a Starbucks! The staff smiled the manager was full of energy. The drinks were made quickly. This should be the standard for all locations. Great job Starbucks at terminal A at Newark airport!!
